Yes, I would like to share more information about it.

I had a trip planned and was traveling in the cold and rain far away from home.

Tire blew out on the freeway and was waiting for the tow truck when I called Big Brand in Oxnard.

I noticed they were scheduled to close in 30 min.

Johnathan helped me out big time and said it would be fine that they would help me after hearing about my situation.

He drove to another shop to pick up tires that they didn't have in stock. Him and his tech stayed late to get me back on the road.

This goes beyond professionalism and I am extremely grateful.

I was able to make it in time for the Ballet.

Top Notch Customer Service! Dropped off my car for 2 new tires and was greeted very good and over the phone conversation was very good. Great service. I got a flat tire while traveling to weekend away with friends. I called ahead on a Saturday afternoon and said I’d be arriving by tow truck and they looked at my tire right away. I did need a new tire (so at least two). If I wasn’t picky about my tires, I could have been out of there in a couple of hours. But I needed an all-terrain, all-weather tires for my AWD vehicle. They ordered my tires, which arrived Monday morning. They had already prepped my car for the installation so I didn’t wait long on Monday. I am grateful for the service I received. I felt well cared for and didn’t worry about my car while I enjoyed time with my friends.

I took my truck here several times to get tires. They did well those times. To get the tires in that I wanted didn't take long. They did well for my gf's sedan too. Now, my truck needs brakes, and I figured I'd go back.

Now, from the time when I got my last set of tires to Feb2025 is probably close to 2 years. My truck is also a fleet truck.

I took it in to get brakes changed, and they had to do an inspection. A 5 year old truck with 107K miles, and they told me the brake pads had more than 50% life left. ?

They told me that they wouldn't even attempt to submit it to the fleet manager, because they "knew" it would be rejected. Right.

These clowns don't want to do work, or the management has changed. They wasted my time. The next day, I took it to a different shop, and the fleet manager approved pads and rotors, front and rear. And, they caught a recall for the calibration of the brake system.

Kudos to the other shop. These clowns can go juggle other customers around. They've lost my business for when it comes time to get new tires on other vehicles.

I was on my way home and have to make a long drive later tonight for work for a few days, my low pressure light came on randomly, apparently I ran over a blade!
I stopped and googled the closest place for help….and now I have a repair shop for life!

Harrison met me when I pulled in and assured me they would help!

Johnny was amazing, very knowledgeable, professional and so kind. Excellent customer care!!!

Harrison came back in once he made his assessment, to tell me that my tire was repairable to ease my mind and alleviate the stress.
