The customer service is horrible, they are liars and don't know how to do their jobs. They take advantage of the fact that they are the only ones who have the logo of a school or business to deceive and scam you. Grisell, the one who helped me, does not know about customer service, much less do the job correctly. When you call on the phone they tell you one thing but when you arrive it is another. They don't have all sizes and if you order it and it doesn't fit you, you can't return it because it already comes with the logo included. I couldn't try on one in my size but I tried on a smaller one to have an estimate. I still haven't received the order I placed but I'm praying that the size I ordered is the right one.
