Went in and ordered carpet and a pad for my home I'm selling prices are really good. I've used the m before. The people at Big Foot Carpets are helpful. You need to question some of the prices the installers charge.. I had one in the past that over charged for laying the carpet. He said it would take two hours or lay the carpet on the stairs. I timed him, it took him 45 minutes. I let Big Foot know.

This is by far the best customer service Ive received. Most shops I called only cared about the quick sale and disregarded me once I was stuck in decision making mode.
