I've gone here twice now to get custom shirts done, the first was definitely better than the second. The first time I went here, it was smooth, I got everything into the system, and got the shirts back in a shockingly quick time. But the second time I went here, it was not as smooth. We gave them more shirts for the design to be printed on, and they took two and a half weeks for them to be ready when they said it could be done in four days. They also changed some black words on the back to white, I think that was the right decision, but I didn't agree to do it. I think that was an uncommon situation because I didn't get that impression from the company the first time. I love my shirts though! And I will be coming back.

I would not recommend this company.
Completely Unsatisfied

The estimated delivery date was 3/21/2025 but the order never arrived. I contact customer service via phone , after not receiving any contact or updates re: order to only be told “ We apologize but there was a lack of communication from sales to production “. FYI: Order needed for 5k the next day ….Super disappointed with the lack of communication and the complete failure to fulfill my order.
Conclusion: I would strongly advise against ordering from Big Frog Custom T-Shirts & More . Their customer service is nonexistent, and they clearly do not value their customers. I do not recommend this company. Zero star.

Otis and his team were able to customize sweatshirts for my daughter's graduation. They did a phenomenal job with just a few days notice. I highly recommend this place. They are extremely professional and a pleasure to work with.

I wish I could leave a better review but I can’t. I bought my own shirts and dropped them off on 12/31 and began the design process. They were having issues with the design of one of the shirts so we agreed we would finish the design via email and I could pick them up on 01/04 for the Bucs game on 01/05. I sent my own emails with the design needed to resolve the issue and never heard back. On 01/03 I finally received an email saying the ENTIRE staff was out and nothing would be addressed until 01/06, which defeats the point of needing the shirts for a game on 01/05. I finally got in touch with the owner and decided to try again. We completed the design and I was told that he or an employee would deliver the shirts to my home. Turns out they hired Uber or Doordash and my order was never delivered or at least no proof of delivery. I spoke to the driver myself who can’t confirm what house they delivered to. I even sumbitted proof of my security camera footage. I’ve now called numerous times, left a voicemail and email with no response since 01/11 and it’s now 01/19. At this point I’m simply asking to be reimbursed for the shirts I paid for myself and I’m getting no response. Honestly this is the WORST customer service I’ve ever received. I’ve basically done their job other than printing the shirts myself and then when they promised in-house delivery they still sublet it with no proof of delivery. I can only recommend going somewhere else.
