It feels old inside and out and is definitely not the greatest place to shop in Fairhope, but what they lack in modern style design they make up for with a rotating selection of quirky department store goods and foods, along with having genuinely nice employees.

Cleanest and most organized big lots I've ever been in. I didn't want to move anything because everything was so nicely placed on the shelves. The manager casey was amazing in helping me find the items I needed and her staff was also super nice! 5 star experience for sure!!

I usually enjoy shopping at Big Lots, and as a bigger guy, I know what furniture I need to avoid, needing a new sofa, thought I'd check out where I bought my last one a few years back. They are poorly made, not fat people friendly, and way overpriced for their quality. The people working were very friendly, I was approached right away asking if I needed help with anything. The men's room was absolutely disgusting. I ended up buying a movie and moving on to another location.

What a dump! Store is run down, no ac for 3 months, they say it won't be fixed till 2025! Prices here are more expensive than Walmart, no wonder the company is closing hundreds of stores. No incentive to shop here anymore. The good days of cheap big lots merchandise are over. Just close all the stores now already. Won't return

What a great store...well stocked with name brands. Helpful cashiers. Clean store with handicap accessible features. Very good prices without the usual big box traffic. Wish you were closer to I-10.

Just left. Waited for an associate to answer a question. Another customer butted in, and rather than telling that customer to please wait because I was there first, I went ignored. Now I see why Big Lots is failing.

It's a good place. It takes forever for them to restock stuff. I've been waiting for a while for them to restock their curtains. Definitely has some good furniture though!

Great store for well priced stuff. The manager was so polite. She assured us if we needed any help to let her know. I think her name was Casey. She definitely runs a great store!
