The Jeep is awesome, (24volt) Nighthawk but the company support is better. I had thought service like this was extinct in 2024. I had an issue with a missing part and sent an email on Sunday. By Monday morning I recieved a phone call and the part was shipped express the next day. I had issues with directions for operation and once again sent and email and once again got a call with the operating instructions explained. The day of my grandsons party EVERY parent was asking about the Jeep and I felt CONFIDENT proving this company’s information. I was clear, but from this company, support is everything. Thanks again

Bought a can am from them and have had it only a couple weeks with issues right off the bat. We called and wanted to return it because we are nervous about it having issues already. THEY DO NOT LET YOU RETURN ANYTHING EVER! Not even if it’s their fault. If you hate the product then that’s too bad. They have a 6 month warranty and will send you parts. When you call for your parts, you’ll talk to Raphael who will treat you in a condescending manner and excuse all your concerns. I will NEVER do business with this company ever again. Just make sure you read the return policy BEFORE you buy. YOU WILL be stuck with whatever you purchase. Our issues are as follows.. the fake gps box fell off, the radio doesn’t work, the hinge keeps breaking at the axel, and you’ll get like 4 hours of ride time on 2 FULLY CHARGED 24V batteries. Good luck!

Customer service so far has been very good; the power button on my son’s drifting car stopped working and the company immediately sent us a replacement for it. When we called customer service, they sent videos and photos on how to replace the button. Very helpful..! It gives me pause that a couple of months in, something has stopped working on it. But for now my son is happy and we are satisfied customers; the gentleman from customer service was very nice. Thank you..!

We purchased the 12v GMC Sierra Kids Electric Ride on Truck with Remote Control. We chose a pink truck with the premium package including leather seats and EVA rubber wheels. My granddaughters are thrilled with the gift and their parents love the remote control feature!! Big Toys Direct was fabulous to deal with. Shipping was fast and when we had a couple of questions; their responses were fast and super friendly! We highly recommend Big Toys Direct!!

Big Toys Direct is amazing. We purchased two of the Can-Am Maverick buggies from them for our boys. First of all, these things are awesome. Such better quality compared to anything you can buy from a big box store. The 4 wheel drive works great and they can get around anywhere they want to go. Second of all, the customer service has been incredible. We had one small issue with one of the buggies. I emailed big toys direct, and they called me within 5 minutes and told me they were sending me a new part to fix the issue. Then today, my son wrecked his buggy and messed up a gear box in the steering. I emailed them to ask how to access that gear box so I could figure out what was going on with it. Within 5 minutes, they called me and told me they were going to send me a new part and would help me change it out over the phone. I wasn’t expecting them to replace the part at all, but thankful they did. I appreciate awesome service! They’ll continue to have our business!

Absolutely the worst service! We have had nothing but issues first with the gear boxes. Now the seat has completely separated. Our son is 22lbs and has drove this MAYBE for a week in the 4 months we’ve owned it because of all the issues! They are saying “it’s thrashed” because it’s dusty (we live on a ranch in eastern MT- I’m sorry there is DUST and we aren’t rich and live on a blacktop driveway) I do NOT recommend this company to anyone!!!

Ordered a truck for my son for Christmas- it shipped the same day I ordered and shipping was only a few days from CA to NY. when the package arrived, the box was opened and the front bracket was broken, it was obviously broken in transit. I emailed the company on Saturday when it was delivered, they called me Monday morning first thing and sent a replacement bracket out the same day. Could not be happier with the customer service, Raphael (sp?) helped me and couldn’t have been nicer and more helpful. Highly recommend
