From the ordering process to my new Tarmac arriving at my door, I was very pleased! Finding a Tarmac Sport in the size I needed (52) was a challenge and Bike Tech solved it! The packing of the bike to insure that there were no problems in shipping was great. Bike reading for some outfitting and sizing!

Hesitant about an on line purchase, but i knew what i wanted, decided to chat with someone about the bike, pretty straight forward process,
Honestly the best on line purchase experience, Gio the guy at the other end of the chat was great, & the process was exactly as described, bike was ready for me to pick at the store where Michael was waiting for me with everything ready to finish with a bang! These guys are a gift from God. From Gio helping me get set up with the best prices and combo to Eddy and Robert helping me finalize everything, I was able to get an amazing Tarmac SL7 Comp with 404 Firecrests on GP5000s for an incredible price and set up the correct way. I'm very happy. The level of customer service here is impeccable (which can't be said for all shops in the area). You can trust these guys with your large bike purchases, tuning, and anything else you need.

I couldn't find the bike I wanted anywhere else online. Bike Tech had the right model, color and size in stock. They answered my questions promptly and verified the bike I wanted was indeed in stock. Within 24 hours of my order, I had pictures of the bike assembled, packaged in the box and shipping confirmation. I was riding my new bike in less than 3 days. I was searching for an ever more elusive part to complete a build, when I came across the final piece on Bike Tech's website. I wasn't going to be in the Miami area to pick it up, so I called. Mike picked up and we discussed what we could do about helping me out. At first, it looked like I was at a loss, and nothing presented itself as a viable solution. We civilly hung up and I continued searching the vast abyss of "out of stock" links.
After a while I decided to call Mike back and see if there might be a way to make it work. Well, Mike had discussed it with the Bike Tech team and found a way to help me. It was not required of them to help me, but they wanted to! We both jumped through a couple hoops and appreciated the mutual situation of making a way and finding a solution, vs "sorry, can't help you".

Mike and the Bike Tech team have been absolutely awesome and went above and beyond in helping me. I cannot thank Mike enough for making the last piece of my build such a memorable one. The positive experience I have had has been a wonderful breath of human goodness that we don't see very much any more. So, I say to Mike and the Bike Tech team...
