Hands down best experience I've ever had at a dealership. Carly and Ozzie were amazing. I drove from Venice and the price they gave me was the price I paid. No added nonsense and no dealer fees. I found a great vehicle on-line, but the Avon Park dealership was several hours from my home. Dee answered my questions, agreed on a fair price, and made the transaction so easy. He was able to get the car transported to a dealership closer to us to make a test drive possible. All of the paperwork was ready to go, once the test drive was complete. Matthew met us at the dealership and made sure that the everything went smoothly. He took so much time to familiarize us with the vehicle. He was incredibly kind and knowledgeable. 5 star service! I needed an oil change and the mobile unit was sent to my location as I work full-time. I was extremely happy with the results as the workers were efficient and answered all my questions. I also had an occasion within the week to use their service once again and upon calling the service desk, I had someone out to my vehicle with 10 minutes. The service is fast and very efficient. Highly recommend this dealership. My wife and I are from upstate NY and can't say enough about Ozzie our salesman and Alyssa the finance manager, both very professional and knowledgeable made the sales transaction no pressure and very smooth. We had a 2017 F-150 go in for a transmission issue. Having been to tech school and having a fair knowledge of trucks, I suspected that it was an output shaft sensor as it was throwing a code and returned to normal driving conditions after restarting the vehicle. It wouldn’t shift below 3rd but once it was turned off and restarted it drove like there was absolutely nothing wrong. We were surprised when they tried to sell us a brand new transmission over this despite them confirming the codes. They literally wanted to charge us 7800 for a new transmission over an output shaft sensor. Wow. Needless to say we drove right out of there. I had taken my other 2013 F150 and had good luck with them but sadly I will never be returning with any of my vehicles ever again after this. Their techs are either dishonest or only know how to replace units as opposed to fixing them, just like most of today’s techs. I suspect it’s a combination of both incompetence and dishonesty in this case.
