I highly recommend Bill's for appliance repair as they have successfully repaired multiple appliances for me and are always prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Anthony is a stand out employee, very personable and did an excellent job fixing my freezer today. ☆☆☆☆☆

Had a great experience with Anthony from Bill’s Discount Center. Such a pleasant young man and he diagnosed the problem with our machine very quickly and came back the following day to repair it. He’s a great representative for your business. Recommend him highly.

Very poor customer service. Washers are supposedly checked by their repair techs but we tried ours immediately upon getting it home and it was horrible. Testing at the shop was water only and apparently if you put anything in it the washer it offbalances horribly. We called immediately to be told no warranty and they charged us to send a tech. The tech advised the washer had a bad suspension rod and the office would call me with an estimate (for a bad washer they sold a day prior). I got no call so called them to get a complete runaround, finally being left on hold for 25 minutes and being sent to voicemail. I left a voicemail asking them to send an estimate. 3 days later, none received. Very disappointed on this 66 year old local company. Avoid at all costs.

I highly recommend Bills Discount Center. Damian and Alex picked up a piece of furniture from our condo and they were super nice and they treated our condo with respect and were very clean. It was on a second floor loft and they had no problems.

Payed 280 for used washer worked great for two months then took a dump and wont rinse right I guess if you want a cheap replacement for a month or two this is your place but I wouldn't go back or recommend buying from here just save your money buy new lesson learned.

I bought a washer this week and had it delivered. We are putting in a laundry room this weekend! I bought a refrigerator a few months ago and a ceiling light that had four halogen bulbs & side places for another small garage needs. I know everything is used & they try their best to make them brand new again. Nobody wants to pay for a delivery fee... that's life though! For $60 they deliver it when I needed it, they hook up anything I buy to make sure it is working and the 30-day warranty is that extra promise that they are gonna stand by their sale! My next purchases will be a stove and then a living room set!
This isn't my best-case scenario in life to buy used but for now, I am happy to buy the things I need and pay for them outright!
