You are the only store that doesn't let people take samples of niche fragrance. Seriously, you want me to pay an exclusive price for fragrance, I'm not buying cheap cologne. Why are you being so stingy? Let me take samples from a house so I can experience the fragrance couple days and see if I like it. Your unwillingness to give me samples is not going to drive me back to your store. Instead, I'm going to turn away and buy it from the brand, if you're going to be so stingy. Your employees act like it's their own fragrance. Stupid policy. Even Neiman Marcus lets people take samples. I'm not asking you to give me a 10ml size bottle. Seriously?

I just bought a bag from this store because other stores didn’t have it and I couldn’t get it online either. I loved the bag because the colleague picked the phone was really in rush, couldn’t get any of the information correct I had to repeat myself like 100+ plus time for her to just to get my phone number, keep canceling the transaction, not providing any correct informations regarding her cancellation she was doing, really really under trained, didn’t provide me email receipt and when I asked her to at least send pics of my receipts she was telling “ my client is here I have to go, bye thank you for shopping” then what I was to her, I don’t have her name but her associate number is 72124429.
This is the most horrible experience I ever had at Bloomingdale’s.

It's bloomingdale's. You know what to expect. Lots of nice merchandise with great service from staff. There's three levels with women's on the second floor and men's and children stuff on the third floor. Their product is organized and sorted which makes shopping pleasing to the eye. Washrooms are clean and kept up. Happy to shop here.

Stay away, there’s a reason for Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus, entitled employees like the girl in online pick up, just sad that they don’t understand customer service and customer loyalty. I would absolutely will never buy anything from this store ever.

Got a 'latte' at the third floor 'cafe.' They were out of every flavor except caramel and the worker pumped an unknown number of pumps as it ran out, then he grabbed another bottle and continued to put more pumps into the cup. Tasted like chemicals. They also used weird coffee pods in a super expensive machine -- why not beans? Seeing as how the coffee shops in the mall are slammed, with lines of at least 6 deep, this seems like a HUGE oversight for the Bloomingdale's brand.

I got locked out of my tesla at the charging station nearby so I came into bloomingdales panicked, my phone, keys and wallet all locked in my car. Justice, head of security went above and beyond to help me out, I really appreciate his patience and willingness to help when he easily could have said it's not his problem. Thank you again!

This Bloomingdale's has it all, parking is a but hectic in middle of fashion. I would rate 5 stars. However, their online ordering should be easier to manage
