Great store. We drove 4 hours to check them out. They had a great selection. Super clean. Our dog enjoyed exploring and picking out toys and treats ro bring home. Wish you guys were closer to us! We will definitely be back.

high quality food brands, both cat and dog sections. The employees are very kind and helpful. We brought in an abandoned cat we rescued off the road and the whole time we were in there she was frantically meowing for food. The employees were super helpful and gave us free cat treats to settle her. The cat immediately took a liking to us so I assume they were tasty treats!

Honestly, this is the best store for dogs (they have some cat stuff too!) in Los Angeles. They carry everything and always have the best product. The food they sell, the treats, the leashes and collars, the toys, have kept my two pups living long and healthy. The staff is awesome and I'm always surprised by how much they know. They also do a lot of things in the community like obedience classes and Halloween costume contests. So blessed for this place.

I recently came here for a vaccine clinic. BlueCollar has different kinds of foods, treats, training gear and even agility. Parking lot is good for dropping by for a few minutes. The employees are nice. Would visit again.

I want to begin by saying that my husband and I used Blue Collar even before they moved to their location on Glendale boulevard. They were kind, they were clean, and always very helpful with our old dogs. I went there Saturday with a new shelter dog we adopted, and as I arrived the dog was began to throw up. I pulled in and asked for help... Paper towel, cloth, a helping hand. Two of the three just stood there behind the counter and looked down. A third one walked over, Robert, and said I'll help. I looked at the other two and I said what is it... you don't help customers anymore? One of them replied we're not allowed to help you. We can't go outside. That's not our job. The lack of respect, and simple humankindness, told me that I never ever have to give them business again. Robert came over to my car and helped me push the dog puke into their trash can. He gave me paper towels too. I then walked in to buy some dog treats and a harness, while the other two stayed behind the counter and looked down.
I said, oh now you can't even help show me the harnesses you sell? One of them reply oh I'm busy. Pathetic. Robert helped size our new dog for a harness and I picked out some treats too. 2 other customers came in, and the other slackers just stood behind the counter clerking their sales.

So hopefully you're like me and decide that you don't need to give this place any of your business. I try to support businesses in our hood, but I guess I'll just go to one of the bigger places like Petco... They actually take care of their customers and appreciate them. There was one other car in the lot, they were not busy, and YES this was last Saturday.

We love this store! There's plenty of parking, and our dogs love going inside to look around and socialize. Right now, it's decorated super cute for Halloween.
It's the best place to come to for all your dog gear.

This place is awesome! I love the artwork all around the building. A large open floor with lots of products from toys, food and morel The staff is great! Super friendly and knowledgeable. He taught me and my friend what to look for in kibble and why it matters. Plus if your pet doesn't like the product there is 100% guarantee to switch for alternative.
