I had an amazing experience at Bob Tyler Toyota, and I can’t say enough good things about my salesman, Torrey Jones! From the moment I walked in, Torrey made me feel welcome and taken care of. He helped me find the perfect 2025 Toyota Camry and worked with me to get it at a price that was actually lower than what I had budgeted for—which almost never happens!

Torrey was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. He walked me through every step of the process, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and made sure I understood everything before moving forward. There was no pressure, no gimmicks—just genuine customer service and someone who really wanted to help me find the right car.

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED!
I purchased a Toyota 4Runner from Bob Tyler Toyota four months ago. While my first service experience was fine and acceptable, my second service was nothing short of awful. I encountered multiple issues. Not only was the alignment I paid for done incorrectly, I was over charge for services, but the overall service was poor.

To make matters worse, I was never able to get in touch with the service manager, despite leaving multiple voicemails. Somehow, I never received a call back from the service manager, but Bob Tyler himself called me. He began the conversation with total disrespect and rudeness. To top it off, he claimed he was in the room when the service manager called and spoke with me—wrong, Bob! I never spoke with the service manager.

Not only was the service terrible, but my concerns were completely disregarded, and I was treated with a complete lack of respect. It’s incredibly disappointing to experience such poor customer service, especially from a business I had high hopes for. I will not be returning to Bob Tyler Toyota and strongly advise others to consider their options carefully.

I can see why the team’s service is so poor—leadership clearly sets the tone. Bob Tyler’s behavior only confirms the lack of professionalism at this dealership.

Review Continued:
I returned to the dealership to have the alignment corrected and to get clarification on the charges. Upon arriving, I was taken to Cory's office, where I had to explain that the oil and the "change" were included as part of the oil change service. Once he understood that, he refunded me $106.

However, Cory then told me the alignment wasn’t done incorrectly, despite the fact that both front wheels rub against the bumper when I reverse. When I pointed this out to him and the mechanic, the mechanic admitted, "Definitely did that wrong."

What was most disappointing, though, was that throughout the entire visit, no one ever apologized for the issues I encountered, nor did anyone ask what they could do to make things right.

I've since learned that I can take my vehicle elsewhere under my service agreement, and that's exactly what I plan to do. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!

THOROUGHLY DISAPPOINTED.
Was emailing a Sales Rep (we will call him 'Ron'). He went and took pics of the used car I was interested in, and he emailed them to me. Seemed like a great fellow.
Told 'Ron' I would be there this afternoon. I took time off from work to make the drive. I emailed 'Ron' when I left the house so he would know I was really interested in the car, since I am 1.5 hours away. When I got to dealership, I was told the car just sold an hour ago. 'Ron' did not even tell me himself- another Sales rep did. Since 'Ron' did not have the time/energy/intestinal fortitude to see me. Sales guy #2 tells me there is another car available- $5,000 more than the one I wanted. (Thank you, but I have a budget) If there was a possibility of placing a Deposit over the phone, I was not informed. I did not get an email or call while I was enroute telling me the car was sold. There has to be better way of running a dealership and managing the used cars so potential customers are not inconvenienced like I was.
