This shop was really cool. If you’re a pilot or like aviation, you should definitely check it out. The outside looks intimidating because it’s in the lobby of a Boeing building, but the store is open to the public. They also had really nice clothes and my girlfriend, who I dragged in, even ended up leaving with a jacket which was a huge surprise to me. The two women who work there are so sweet and so helpful. I read the reviews before going and was worried there wouldn’t be a lot of stuff, but there’s way more stuff than I expected. They took the time to show me everything I asked about, like models (they have various scales, even 1:100), gifts for my niece, some cool mugs and overall fun stuff to shop for. I’ll definitely be back and would definitely recommend it. I didn’t feel like I was being forced to buy anything either, which I feel like happens in airplane shops a lot and I really appreciated. These ladies were super polite, really knew their stuff and made it a memorable experience. I don’t really write reviews but wanted to take the time to write this one because of how happy I was. Thank you!

I recently visited the boeing store and I can't say enough good things about my experience! The staff,( two beautiful women) working there, were incredibly professional and helpful. They took the time to assist me with my questions and made sure I found exactly what I was looking for. The store itself was spotless, creating a welcoming and pleasant atmosphere to shop in. Additionally, the merchandise was top-notch—high quality and a great selection. I left feeling very satisfied with my purchases and will definitely be returning in the future. Highly recommend this store to anyone looking for excellent service and fantastic products!

The staff here are super helpful and friendly.
They really know their stuff and they are great at recommending items. The store itself is quite small but they have an impressive amount of things for such a little space. Definitely worth a visit for anyone that likes aviation.

I know nothing about aviation but my friend is working on his pilot license and dragged me here while we were on vacation in Miami. I was expecting a dull, boring, aesthetically unappealing environment. Basically the same vibe as an airplane. It was the complete opposite. The two women working there were genuinely fun to be around. They were so warm and clearly enthusiastic about their products. The sweatshirts were so high-quality that I was taken aback, especially for the price. This is how all sweatshirts should be. I ended up getting the Varsity Logo Unisex Crewneck, oversized, of course. What sold me was how thick the fabric was and the high-quality stitching. It is very warm for the summertime so I will probably order a t-shirt soon. The quality holds up even after several washes. Random place, but 10/10.

Isabel was Amazing !!!!! Excellent customer service as I was unsure at first on what to buy....yet she guided me quickly and professionally...helping me pick out the perfect items not only for myself,but also gifts for all of my coworkers. Very grateful and looking forward to coming back soon and checking out the winter collection !!!!

Before I get to the review don't be daunted by the fence and the sign that says it is a restricted area the store itself is open to the public going through the main entrance and ahead of you you will see security but if you make a sharp right, that is the location of the Boeing store any member of the public can go there to shop.

The staff is absurdly friendly. There is a decent selection of products in all price ranges so in short there's something for you, your kids, and the plane nut(s) in your family. I highly recommend this place.

Please note that they have moved to another location in the building, so the pictures of the store layout that are online may not be representative of what you find. But they're well stocked and if you want it, just ask.

Great store with a surprisingly upscale look and feel. You can get some great Boeing gear there, but the best part is the assistance and support you get from Isabel and Marlene. They were so patient and helped me choose between sizes and find the right gift for a pilot friend of mine.

I had such a fun experience shopping at the Boeing Store. Isabel and Marlene were so helpful and so kind. They helped me find my right size in the hoodie I was looking for and really took the time to listen to what I was looking for and help me with my Christmas shopping. If you're into aviation at all, definitely go to their store! They also have WAY better prices and merch than Crew Outfitters. Thank you ladies for all of your help!
