7/2/24 Very stressed over not getting books on time--from another seller...called UCF bookstore this morning and got a very courteous clerk named Kris, he was so prompt and positive, found just what I needed and held it for me !EXCELLENT customer service! Kris modeled it!

Expensive. The textbook purchasing and rental side of the store is too small, overwhelming, and the layout is confusingly bad. The side with non-textbooks is incredibly small in comparison to the UCF merchandise section.

As a post-doctorate, I love this bookstore. We need more academic hard-copies - not just online material. We need to get back to reading as a society or we won't survive.
