We stop here to look for some jeans that Boot barn in Livermore store didn't have. When we walk in ,we didn't get a greet at all . The customer service was terrible. Not one of the employees asked if we needed any help with anything. The ladies where all in the front chating with No ,interest in helping customers. All the customer that walk in had to go look for the employees for assistance.

Although the establishment is called the Boot Barn, there was a distinct lack of personnel available to assist customers in the boot section.

Fortunately, I had access to YouTube and my smartphone, which enabled me to watch an informative video that explained the process of measuring my foot accurately.

The inventory at the store appeared to be limited, as the available stock was all that was on display.

Despite my initial intention to spend up to $300 on American-made work boots, I ultimately decided to return to the other store located on the opposite side of the shopping center, where I ended up spending a higher amount of $400.

I just bought my first pair of Cowboy boots for my son’s wedding at the Boot Barn in Brentwood Ca. I had the most amazing experience. I was helped by a very knowledgeable young man named Sergio. He was patient and listened to all of my question questions intently. It is so cool to experience someone who truly cares as well as being knowledgeable. Hats off to you Sergio for showing me that excellent customer service still exists. I’m already looking forward to working with Sergio again.

Horrible teenage customer service, they all walk around , they dont greet you or ask if you need any help. Multiple customers couldn’t find what they were looking for an were upset. I was one of them, Rude people just in general

Nice, clean, orderly, good selection, and floor clerks very friendly and helpful!. One drawback was the extremely slow cashiers. Being friendly and asking questions is fine, but it has a limit, especially if there is a line and people have to wait 15 to 30 minutes for one and every transaction. The three times I recently went there, I stood in line for much too long, abnormally long for simple purchases! Got Christmas cards once and the clerk put the wrong amount on one, so I had to get another one. Otherwise I would have given five stars.

Staff was attentive but not annoying. I was asked by every employee if I needed help. When I said I was OK and just looking they respected that and let me check things out at my leisure. There are so many boots it's incredible. There is also quite a bit of quality work and western wear. I was not expecting to see what I did when I walked in through the front doors. I was impressed. Having a choice of so many boots to try on to see how they feel is very cool.

Clean store with a wide selection of clothes and boots. Friendly and attentive service, was asked if I needed help without feeling like I was being hounded. Not much of a selection for women’s hats.

No help from the staff to find anything. They also put an anti-theft sensor through the side of all of their boots. So your brand new waterproof boots have a hole through the side.
