Do yourself a favor and go here for any shoes, slippers, or boots. I came in to look at some UGGS and to try them on. My plan was to buy them online BootWorld’s Website because they were on sale. Once I got there I saw that they had the same price $99 for the Chelsea UGGS in the Brown Grizzly color. These are $180 on Amazon. It was sick a good deal I had to get them. I tried on some other Styles and fell in love with the Gray UGG Scuffs. Aaliyah helped me and she was amazing. She was right there before I even had to look around for someone to help me. She was patient and very helpful. She let me try on as many colors and pairs as I wanted without getting annoyed. They really have Exceptional Service here. Every time I come I am so happy I did. I was able to buy 2 pairs of UGGS here for the price of one from Amazon. Plus I got to wear them home! They had my size and the colors I wanted. I am always blown away at the selection they have here. Aaliyah was so awesome and the rest of the staff was nice too. It’s 100 times better being able to try shoes on before you buy them. It can be a nightmare when shopping online.

I always love coming here for boots. Darnell made me feel welcome and helped me find what I was looking for. He found my size and opened each boot for me. He did many other things that Exemplify Customer Service. He had a great Attitude as Did the rest of the Staff. The store was clean and there was plenty of seating to try the Boots on. There are a million boots in there. I had no idea that they had so many Brands in store and in Stock. I was able to get a Great Deal on these boots. They really help you out at this store too. Buying work boots on Amazon is a nightmare with Sizing differences in Boots. It is 100 Times Better be in store to walk around in them. Makes a huge difference. Especially when they are 200$ and up Boots. They are worth every penny. If your feet hurt it's going to make work Hell. I am very happy with my purchase. I would definitely recommend you try them out for any type of shoe, Boots, Uggs, they have killer Insoles for only 20$ too!
These Wing Shooters by Irish Setters are the Deal! They are so Comfortable! This is my second pair after having the 6" Moc Toe Ashby Irish Setters. This Waterproof Version has nice Paddng on the inside.

Before you buy boots double check online from manufactures for better pricing ! I almost payed double after tax!! Boot works marks them up a lot and this was after their “discount” . I double checked using the stock number inside the boot (W10633) to be sure. Staff was nice though.

Went to boot world yesterday to get some new work shoes. The ones I previously had were not doing an adequate job of keeping my feet from hurting at the end of of a long day.

I entered the store and Dillon immediately greeted me and asked if he could help me find anything. I was upfront with him and told him I was looking for a comfortable work shoe, I didn't have a price cap as long as they were comfortable and could alleviate some pain.

He took me over to the brand of shoes and asked me questions about what I didn't like about them, where they weren't meeting my needs. We discussed where my pain was specifically in my feet, and he was was able to use correct medical jargon to determine what was the cause of my pain. He had me wait a few minutes on a seat and came out with some options that met some specifications of what I was looking for.

The first pair he handed me were a pair of utility keens, and he explained their specs and why they he had high expectations for them. I put them on and he was absolutely right. I didn't even realize how much having a wide toe box makes even a difference. He added some specific insoles and it was night and day to my current work shoes. I had just finished a full shift, completely standing the entire day on concrete, so my feet were swollen and hurting. He was right on the money with the keens.

We tried on a couple other pairs but kept coming back to the keens. He explained the benefits of the different shoes, and was honest about how possible break down in the long run on the second contenders. And the orthotics he fit me with were great. I'd never tried ones with those specifics. He even picked me out a nice bundle of socks that would add cushion and hold up better than my Hanes. He stretched the shoes for me and it was a 10/10 fit.

All in all, he was fast, knowledgeable, wasn't pushy, and respected I needed something very specific and didn't take advantage of my unlimited price point. He got what I needed, and got me out of there, which is all I wanted. Best $250 I've spent in awhile. If this young man isn't on track for a raise or a management role, they need to rethink their business practices. This is exactly the kind of service you want when shopping.

I ended up needing a diffrent insole and shoe(no fault of Dillon) and went back Wednesday night. Darnell was my new sales associate, and helped me pick out a new set, jumping right into helping me go through the spiel of trying on shoes and different inserts. He was also extremely attentive, kind, and patient. It is extreamly frustrating trying to find that perfect fit for shoes, and he made it very easy.

I will be a patron of boot world for life now after this week.

I have to say it was a pretty good experience here. Customer service was great! I was able to find some boots I was satisfied with. Did I mention they actually check your temp before going inside.

Great customer service, Bailey went above and beyond to help my husband find a pair of work boots both for his weekend job and his M-F job in the medical field. Great selection for shoes, after explaining to Bailey what my husband was looking for Bailey was able to recommend the correct shoes for him! It was a great experience overall!

Never shopped at boot world, had the best experience worked with David he was very knowledgeable about the products and he had a great vibe. I ended up buying two pair of boots and LOVE them. Also David was such a sweetheart he even walked me to my car and put purchase in trunk. WHO DOES THAT So respectful to his elders I will only buy slippers, boots ,from boot world because of his customer service. Thank you David!!!
