We had a “high time!” TJ was so helpful and took his time to educate in height & weight of boots, soles, instep, exotics & leather. We did boots, hats, and belts! Prices are great as well - of course based on type and exotic or not. Make sure to stop in! Everyone was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful!

My father went into this establishment on 03/12/2025 around 10:30am. He was approached by a lady and asked if the shoes he was wearing were his, and then asked twice again at the cashier if they were his shoes again. So a total of three times, after he paid he was followed outside by another associate named Chris.

To speculate and assume my father stole a pair of 400 dollar boots(because those were the price he paid for them at another store) is absolutely insane. It’s one thing to be approached once, but it’s another to be asked three times due to my father most likely being a person of color with a darker skin tone, and then to be followed outside of the store. A lack of moral sense and racism is what kills a business. The least they could have done is apologize and sound more remorseful for the accusations they threw his way while in public. Along with checking their own cameras while he was shopping to verify that yes he did in fact walk in with those boots on his feet.

(This is not their first review concerning racism as well. Which is sad to say the least that this business doesn’t hold their employees on higher ethical standards. Angela, Dawn and Chris were the employees present that day)

RACIST ESTABLISHMENT!!! My dad went into this store that hires ignorant racists and left being accused of stealing a pair of $400.00 boots. He had boughten the boots the day before (we have his receipt from Boot Barn 3/11) and then the following day (3/12) he went into Boot Etc to buy a new belt. He was stopped and asked if he purchased the shoes he was wearing. He said he came in wearing them. He then went into the check out line to purchase the belt he chose and was asked 2 more times if the boots he was wearing were paid for. He eventually paid for his belt and was followed out of the building, mind you he was only in the building for maybe less than 15 minutes. According to employees, they had found a pair of old sneakers somewhere and instead of reviewing footage, my Filipino father was accused. My father and sister both called them to speak with management and seek any sort of apology and they were the least bit apologetic. We can't let these businesses get away with enabling employees to show blatant racism. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY IN THIS IGNORANT STORE.

Howdy,
Saw the signs on interstate when traveling south, on returning trip stopped to look around.
My wife and I ended up with a few items including her two pairs of Tecovas.
The Amy and Loretta.
Kynlee assisted us in amazing, friendly and knowledgeable fashion. Very aware of her products and inventory.
We will stop again.
Anyone reading this that likes western wear, needs boots or or work boots should stop it.
A great two hour stop.

My husband and I stopped by to find some red boots for me … we walked out with three separate pairs, including the perfect reds! TJ and Cheryl were outstanding to work with and went above and beyond to help us in every way possible! Highly recommend this store for all of your boot needs!

Besides the fact that they have a large selection of boots and shoes they also have amazing customer service! Savannah went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed today and she was super sweet and patient! I really appreciate it.

Very large and busy store. They have boots, clothing, hats, jewelry, etc. They have boots from just about every manufacturer. Plenty of associates to help you find what you need. A wheelchair could be maneuvered through here but some places might be a little tight. They have a big parking lot with plenty of handicap parking. They are kid friendly.
