We just purchased a Speed Queen washing machine from Bordona’s. The price was good and the service was top notch, as usual. Everyone there is always friendly and helpful. Ron even made the delivery himself an hour after we made the purchase. 😊 Oakdale is a great community and shopping locally benefits us all!

I was very disappointed with the service I received from this furniture store. I went to this furniture store on 1/5/25, and purchased 2 recliners, paying close to $1800 with delivery charges.upon delivery on1/7, one of the recliners was a different color. Office was called and I told employee that I had ordered 2 of the same color. She was not to happy to have one recliner returned. She said it would be a few weeks before another recliner would be delivered.WEEKS? I accepted. Well approximately 3 weeks later, recliner was delivered at 4:15pm. You would think out of courtesy and good customer service, I would be the first customer to have delivery as it was the first recliners were delivered. First delivery was at 1:30. My window was between 1:30 and 4:30. Also, I’m not happy with the recliners. Very uncomfortable. I’ll be selling them at a loss. My first recliners which were bought at Walmart were more comfortable and cost $200 each. Terrible service!

We’re always happy to buy furniture and appliances at Bordonas. Staff are helpful and polite. They have reasonable price and prompt delivery. I was disappointed with the third party delivery man. He delivered a dishwasher and made a wet mess under the kitchen sink.
