A very bad experience. The sales association spoke english well enough when I purchased several items, but later when I asked for a replacent for a defective item. Her responce was, No English. I persisted as I liked the item and a similar item would have done just fine. The owner came on the phone and insisted she would not allow the repacement and I would have to buy a new one. She said the store was not like Walmart or Costco and said, end of dicussion. I sensed racism and homophoebia. Buyer Beware.

Price went up on everything way to much. I drove from Tampa area to buy a large quantity of Items since they have always been cheaper. Nope they are either just as expensive or more than the Tampa area
