I’m a participant in the 2025 Fla Shop hop with my mother. We went today to the above store. I had a full basket of items plus wanted to purchase the end of a bolt fabric. Went to the register to ask where to get my passport stamp/pattern and she said the other side of the store. Okay. Went over there (my mother is 90 yrs old) and waited. The owner was standing over on the side (but I didn’t know she even worked there. Nothing that would have alerted me that she worked there. ) There was another customer standing at the cutting table waiting. I went back to the register and asked again about the passport and the end of bolt measuring, “ the owner does that she’s the woman in the green shirt on the other side. “ Back I went with my basket and mother. Saw the woman in the green shirt. Asked her if I needed to wait on the now five people long line to purchase the end of bolt or whether she could just measure it and she said with a nasty tone/face, “you’d wait longer at Jo Ann’s”. With that I left my basket and the store. I now remember going in there as a new quilter about 10 years ago. I asked a question about binding and she said,”I don’t teach people how to sew.” She’s going out of business because she is nasty, not retiring. I have spent almost $1000 in just 24 hrs at this shop hop because I support small business. I’ve had a wonderful experience. This place is nasty.

Love this place for its fabrics! Great quality! I love the kits that they put together!!! I feel that I can ask sewing questions and they will assist in any way they can…. From selection of material for your projects -to offering suggestions on patterns. Dominique and Anita are great!

My wife is an award-winning quilter. We regularly go to ANY quilt store to shop. This one, however, isn't just any quilt store. They offer advice and guidance, a wide range of fabric yarn, and tools. And they have 2 huge friendly dogs!!!

I sent an email to let the company know they have a promotion banner on their site but the code doesn't work. I got a pretty mean email back about how finding a code off of Google isn't something they're responsible for, especially if I didn't look at the expiration date. Two problems with that: 1) it's the banner on their own website; and 2) there isn't an expiration date or any clickable link in that promo banner. An "oh gee, thank you for catching that, we'll take it down" was what I was expecting. I'd already placed my order and wasn't asking for a price adjustment. Instead I got a pretty combative response from the shop owner. That promo code apparently expired 3 months ago. I won't do business here again.

It has been awhile since I have been in. Only because I have been using down my stash. I was very pleasantly surprised by her stock of fabrics, and her additions of yarn and strings. It was a great visit and the ladies were a big help.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable about quilting, embroidery, knitting, etc. The prices are fair for the high quality of products they have, and they also have opportunities to get discounts here and there. They have a lot of different fabric and yarn options as well as notions and patterns. The quilting services are always done very well, I trust them with quilts I’ve spent well over a month working on. I recommend going here if any of these hobbies interest you!

Superb selection of fine quilting fabrics and other needs. Dominique and Sarah will hook you up with color design ideas or match your skills and taste with your next project. Excellent long arm services as well as high quality machines for sale. A hidden gem in this strip mall.
