Highly recommend this place for all your shipping needs. I shipped a fragile painting from California to New York. They sent me pictures to show me how carefully they packaged it and it arrived here in perfect condition! I would trust them for any fragile items you need to ship as they handle it with care.

Beware of this shipping center!

I was never informed that the price from them and the price from FedEx are different. When I showed that the FedEx online price is $30 for 0.5 lb, they didnot honor it. The price what store show is the FedEx price and hence they charged me $51. They charged me almost double for the 3 day FedEx Express Saver for Envelope. When I called now about the higher charge, the shop owner is telling that he is a third party authorized center and that is the rate they offer. I would expect them to tell clearly when I told them about the FedEx charge is $30 but instead they confused me and telling that the rate they show is the accurate one and the FedEx online charge is only an estimated price.

This is typical bait and switch case. In this case they cheated me of $21. When I called now they are asking me that they WILL NOT REFUND the difference amount. Let me also register a complaint on them and see how I can take it forward.

Let's face it - nobody LIKES to go out to ship things. These awesome folks make shipping a lot more bearable. My little dog even likes to come in and visit the staff, they even remember her name. A very convenient location with very helpful and friendly staff.
