I had a good experience shopping for a dryer with great prices and a helpful salesperson who made the purchase smooth. However, the pickup process was a complete nightmare. I was told to pull up to the dock and page salesman, Rich, but no one would assist. After calling 4 times to speak to someone, and being put into voicemails it felt like a complete clown show. Thankfully, Rich was the only person who was helpful and actually got things moving. While the product and initial service were good, the lack of support during pickup left a lot to be desired. Hopefully, they’ll improve this process in the future.

Huge store with lots on display, much more than Best Buy or Home Depot. The issue is picking up items at the loading dock and returns are even worse. I waited 25 minutes to pick up and waited 45 minutes to return a microwave. I've had a better experience at the DMV. Not shopping here ever again!

Want to give a shout out for the store manager Andre about turning a negative customer experience into a positive one.
I went to return an item 3 days after the return window had closed and had to walk away disappointed with a "no it is no longer returnable". The store was within its rights to refuse the return so I reached out to customer support who referred me to the store manager. Andre called me back the next day; he was polite and professional and was willing to make that exception.

This is the kind of positive customer experience that makes people go back to a place of business. Yes retailers can quote rules and policies to customers but the human element of working through issues and being understanding not just technical is what makes the difference.

Bought an appliance to be shipped, called to ask when it was supposed to be delivered. I was hung up on, when I called back, I was laughed at then was put on a four minute hold when after I was told to give my initial information again. Then i was transferred to a manger who helped after another 5 minutes. Going to Walmart Homedepot Lowes anywhere but here from now on.

An Excellent Customer Service Rep.

I went into the store in West Palm Beach on Sunday 2/16 right after church services to purchase a laptop that was on sale until Monday 2/17.
I spoke with the gentlemen sales rep and I told him I was interested in purchasing it. He then searched the store database and told me there was no more in the store. He stated I could go online and purchase it and it would be delivered right to my door.
I then left the store, came home, went online to purchase the laptop. Online it tells you it is in store only purchase! Now I am in disbelief because the male salesperson has given me misleading information wasting time and gas, now I was not a happy camper!!!
I return back to the store and when I walked in, I was greeted by this young lady asking me if she could help. I asked to speak to a manager, she then asked me what was the problem.
I explained to her exactly what happened.
She then asked me if she could try and help me. I said yes and help me she did.
She calmed me down and listen to my needs and request for a "rain check"on the laptop or to purchase the display model.
Her name is Yoana Sorto, she displays excellent customer services skills and she knows her craft. Thank you Yoana!
I left the store with the laptop I came for and a very satisfied customer.
Keep up the good work Yoana, you rock!!!!!

We had been into this BrandsMart quite a few times, but either been ignored or haven’t had great customer service. A few weeks ago, we came in to buy a television, and ROMONE SMITH helped us. It was the best customer service experience we ever had ! He took his time, very knowledgeable, and no pressure to buy. It was a very comfortable experience. Highly recommended !

Came to Brandsmart after comparing several other appliances. It was good to come and see how my money can be spent. Unfortunately the same item that I saw at another location even with Brandsmart quote discount rebates it was still overpriced. The starting price tag was more than That of another well-known location, so therefore even if you put the discounts on it's still overpriced so walked out. Salesman was a little abusive in his language asked me if I saw a scratch and Dent at another location that's why it was so much cheaper.
I would not recommend this particular Brandsmart.
Overall, I don't comparatively shop with Brandsmart because I think they're overpriced to begin with. Thank you. To the owner's reply, I wrote for both businesses, yours however was worse in terms of customer service. Review updated. 2. 18. 25.

I got to tell you they have some really good prices and I like to set up. Three levels and they beat many of the prices at Best buy. I highly recommend you take a look at this place if you're ever in the Miami area
