Called to inquire about the paid parking an got the rudest person. Very short with me about informing me its 3rd party an they have nothing to do with it. I didn't need the attitude apparently anymore than you needed by business. There's a brand new Racetrac with truck parking and diesel pumps right up the road. I fueled up an ate then parked without a problem. Your loss of almost 700 bucks in fuel...

Terrible costumer service! Kelly Wilson harassed me before I even walked in the store. Forced me to move my truck even tho another truck was parked behind me and in front in the same area! I told her I only stopped for water. This woman followed me around the store threatening to call my company and call the police and all I stopped to do was get water. I haven’t been this disrespected in my life. This is not a pilot so if you complain she will just throw her weight around and tell you she’s the “General manager”. I am truly disgusted. I don’t know if she was so animated because I’m black or maybe she treats all Drivers this way. But the service is totally unacceptable.

Not your normal pilot is smaller but the people are very friendly. I was broke down with my truck and fifth wheel for four nights. They allowed me to stay and Michaela Jessica and Matt were very friendly to deal with. When my generator ran out of gas, they supplied me a gas can to get gas with anything I need help with they were willing to do bathrooms are very clean. I will definitely stop there again just to give them my business and thank them for their help you can’t find nicer people

For the most part, the people are friendly and considerate. However, I went in and bought a vape. I tried it BEFORE I left the store. It did not work. I tried to get it exchanged and they told me that they don't do refunds or exchanges. I understand that if you left the store, but this company is willing to sell defective products and leaves the fate of chance upon its customers. That just does not sit right with me.

Warning to consumers! This is not a pilot store and their restrooms are filthy. The customer service is nonexistent! They don't provide customer service or refund. They are misleading consumers by utilizing the pilot logo for fuel but the consumer are not appreciated and they don't follow the standard for customer service for Pilots corporation. There are a private company called Breeze Rite in according to the store manager Kelly Wilson! Therefore safe yourself the drama just simply stay away!

On April 4th 2022 I arrived at this facility around 2 A.M I walked from my truck to go inside the store there was a guy and girl sitting outside on the fuel island side of the store they had a pitbull with them it was so aggressive that the guy had to hold the dog in a head lock to keep it from attacking truckers walking in, I called the county police they came out and just drove through the parking lot and never spoke to anyone. Then I called this next morning on April 5th 2022 and spoke to Kelley the manager about it she lied and said she watched the video from that night and said the dog wasn't aggressive that I misunderstood the dogs behavior said the guy and girl live in the RV park next door funny thing is the guy darted and ran when he saw the police. All truckers beware of this truck stop

Do no stop here, it took me 20 minutes just to get to the counter. The have a chappys chicken behind the counter so it’s an unorganized mess. The cashiers are serving food then cigarettes no gloves and no washing hands. DO NOT STOP!!!!
