Lots of staff always available to help you with what ever project you are working on. I get overwhelmed when I walk into the store as there is so much stuff. Usually wishing a minute someone will approach and ask if they can assist me in fining anything. Super friendly and helpful.

I absolutely LOVE Ace Hardware store. So you can imagine my disdain when an employee provided TERRIBLE customer service. I went in with my mom to get a key copied. He was very rude, saying we grabbed the wrong key type, and if he kindly explained it I would’ve been fine, it was the fact though that he said it very rudely and then said “but you wouldn’t know that.” I don’t have a name but if I had an employee photo list I could identify him

Edit: I went back again and saw him. Pretty sure it was him. The name tag said Tim. White male, appears to be bald under the hat, and at least 5’8”

Very nice and clean. Huge store with everything, and then stuff you didn't know you needed. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. And they're open till 8pm, which is late for an Ace. Good stuff

Visit the Store especially looking to buy the “LEVITON grounded plug-in switch”, purchased 2 in the past from ACE, today, got the very last one from store, store was nice clean, workers all professional, knowledge & awesome friendly.

But disappointed about the new switch I bought today, it has no UL Listed sign (two I had at home both has sign of UL listed.

I’m sure it’ll still be safe to use but I would just pay much less fee & ordering from Amazon with ETL Listed.

I always come here for their fox farm ocean blend soil. If you don't see any on the shelf they keep it stalked in the back. Only recommendation I have for them is keep that soil out of the heat and sun. It even says that on the bag. A little more pricy than amazon but it's there when you need it. I also bought a bird of paradise with planter. I put wire around it to keep my cats out!

I guess Ace in Brentwood has decided to mandate masks again, I wasn't allowed to enter store without mask on. Went next door to Tractor Supply, no mask, better service and cheaper prices. Plus the Employees are much more helpful!!!!!!
They should probably educate them self's by doing the research on the Gov web site. They county's who mandated mask during covid has the same infection rate as those who had no mandate at all. They also determined the 6ft distance requirement had no effect.

My visit was on 11/9/2024, 2 weeks ago. I was greeted by your employee apon entering the store. I was told that I could not enter the store unless I was wearing a mask. So your response is not accurate to say the least.

The Associate at the register, Mochi, was a true 5 star employee! She exemplified how great service should be! Mochi is an asset to Ace Hardware in Brentwood and I hope they know what a true gem of an employee they have with her! She ended my day with true 5 Golden Star perfection!! Thank you Mochi! ?
