I’m only making this review because it was a very very bad unprofessional experience for me. I made an online purchase on Feb 16, 2024, for a pair of shoes. Anyway, for some reason after a day, I called them to ask if my online order was ready, then the guy who answered said not yet because the order has not been processed yet, when in reality it was , since I had a confirmation number and on my side the payment went through. The funds got taken from my bank account right away. Days later and still nothing, I am now confused and worried as to what happened to my funds and why they won’t allow me to go pick up my purchased item. I call again, and the guy who answered said my order had been cancelled for “fraud” which is false because I also called my bank and they said they did not know why the merchant would tell me that when the funds were taken. It’s now February 24, and after calling and calling this store I finally get my money back. From the beginning of this whole online purchase it seemed very sketchy to me to do, I knew something was off, but I was purchasing the item as a gift and it turned out to be a total waste of time and nightmare. Then when wanting to purchase the item in person the guy who was there did not want to do it, apparently the shoe was not on sale anymore, and kept mixing business with personal issues, and it was just weird in the end, I don’t recommend anybody to buy from here. I have my screenshot picture for proof that I made the purchase.

This store is a joke. Don’t waste your time buying anything here. I made a purchase online for in store pick up on 02/16 which was canceled due to fraud on their end. My funds were hold up for over a week until I finally got them back on 02/24. I got refused service at this location from the owner because he considered me rude over asking what’s going on with my money not being returned in a timely manner. Safe to say I won’t be coming back.
Also they openly joke about buying and selling fake merchandise on their social media so buyer beware and think twice about ever shopping here. Easily the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had and I didn’t even step foot in this place. Seriously think twice about doing business with them. Super shady and deceitful. Never mix business with personal.

Edit: The store is coming up with another lie down below on their reply saying I sent in somebody to pick up shoes I didn’t pay for. I clearly sent someone to pick them up and pay for the item. Also the “owner” got emotional over mentioning the name of someone in his personal life passing

Found this gem when visiting family! They have great prices for both new and pre-owned sneakers, as well as new and vintage clothing! The best part about this spot tho was their customer service! Super helpful and friendly which being from LA, we all know isn’t always the case, especially at these types of stores. Bricks is definitely on the list of spots I will be shopping at more regularly!

Brick LA is definitely underrated. Considering they started not too long ago, if I'm not mistaken, I see them being a hot spot to buy and sell kicks in the future, just give them some time. Went to trade in some pairs today, and the staff were approachable and nice. Everything went well and I'll definitely be back over time now that I found out about them.

Hey Brick I was not misunderstanding anything u sell the shoes I was willing to trade for $340 and I wanted to trade for shoes that u sell for the same price but you couldn't see past your greed. I'll be sure to tell as much people as I can about your tactics. I'll be shopping on The Goat and StockX which are priced lower than your overpriced store

Sebastian was always so nice when my son would go resell and buy from here. They have great prices, good pieces and sneakers. We will miss seeing his energetic soul.
