Beautiful views from this store. Decent prices on some items. Knock off a couple stars for indifferent employee.
Went down the walkway to Kolb studio. Similar quality items but a much more engaging staff.

This is the place to get your Grand Canyon souvenir fix. They have it all. From candy to shirts to local handmade goods. Stickers, snacks and jewelry. Plus the views of that hole over there aren't bad either.

Yikes, the staff in the gift shop are extremely unfriendly. There were decent items, snacks, drinks, etc but after encountering the two older women at the counter, I don’t mind walking to Maswik for their gift shop. Wonderful views throughout the area though.

Great gift shop, lot of great options for souvenirs to remember your trip to the grand canyon. I accidentally grabbed a defective product when I was there and when I unpacked it when I got home I noticed and was really bummed. I contacted the store to see if I could get it replaced, they noticed that there was more of the same product defective on the shelf, found me a non defective replacement and shipped me a replacement for free! So really happy for the great customer service, and thank you to Julie A. who helped me.

Restaurants in the Bright Angel lodge were closed 3-4pm. Which is completely okay so we opted for the sandwiches in the gift shop. Upon opening the sandwiches, two of the four sandwiches were moldy. It ended up that three of the four sandwiches were well past expiration date. We received a refund and didn’t get new sandwiches but still over all disappointed with the experience as a whole

2023/8/5 I bought a cup, and the cashier packaged it very badly. At first she didn't intend to give me a paper bag. I asked her for it. And when I asked for the receipt, she said it with the cup. Only to find out when I got back that she counted the 32.99 cups as 38.99.………….. This is a very unpleasant consumption

Wonderful gift shop conveniently located at the south rim of the Grand Canyon. High quality t shirts, sweaters, and souvenirs... just a little overpriced.
