My fiancé and I had the best experience! Rain was absolutely amazing and really took care of us. After getting our beautiful engagement ring with her, we went back for the wedding ring band but the ones in store didn’t fit right. She offered to order the ones online in store and told us we could come back. She didn’t disappoint and we found the perfect wedding band. Her service is top tier. My fiance purchased my engagement right at Brilliant Earth. It's a unique twisted band and I wasn't sure what type of wedding band would work with it. I tried an online consultation, but knew I ultimately needed to go to the showroom.

At the showroom, I worked with Rain and she was so helpful! I had an idea of the ring that I wanted, but she ended up pulling a band that I never would expected - a ring that had an opening so my main diamond could actually sit IN it. It was so unique and absolutely perfect! I even figured out another ring I want to get in the future to create a stack.

Amazing customer service and communication beginning to end. Rain was amazing! We were able to look through plenty of styles of rings, and Rain was very responsive to being able to take input form ideas I'd had for my partner from advance research with how my partner was discovering opinions and preferences in the moment, which left my partner glowing and feeling empowered about her thoughts and opinions.
