I shop this store frequently and I must say they have the best staff. From Dana and Holly the cashiers, to Adrian and Jose in the liquor department., Vince is always around when I can’t find something. Brad the manager is always super friendly. This store provides an amazing shopping experience!

Wow wow wow, what can I say? My recent experience was creme de la creme. I walk in and the haunting aroma of the bakery caught my attention instantly! I made my way over to the freshly baked cookies and could not even choose which one I wanted to start with. That is when I was greeted and helped by Hailey. I am from Czech Republic so i cannot speak or see well cause I have 1 glass eye. But she help me see and describe the different type of cookies very detailed. In the end, i chose the original chocolate chip cookie (it was so warm). I had great experience and every employee should be like Hailey!

Fantastic upscale grocery store with everything delicious and beautifully displayed! I stopped to try their famous "The Cookie" and it was warm and fresh-baked! Staff is polite and they have both traditional and self-checkout for your preference. Lots of free parking in their lot outside.

The deliciousness per square foot here is astronomical! Seafood selection and butcher array have you covered; and when you don't have time to cook, the soups and prepared foods can be counted on for quality.

Jose and co have curated a wide-$-ranging wine section for years, and you can count on finding an impressive bottle that might not make its way to bigger chain stores.

But who's kidding whom: The bakery's Snickerdoodle cookies are what draw me in time & again!

Everything in there always has good quality from cookies to fresh meats. Store is clean and has brands you will not find in ordinary grocery stores. The cheese shop has ample selection of cheese that is of good quality. The fruits and vegetables are all top grade. The prices are a little bit higher though but considering the caliber of the products, it is well worth it.

It is a nice surprise to see so many dry, high quality legumes at this BF store. I do not have to order them online anymore. Thank you.
The store stocks Kalona kefir, yogurt, sour cream, and cottage cheese, which contain probiotic bacterial strains not found in comparable brands. Thank you.
However, it's about time BF Bakery Department offered healthy, high-fiber (whole-grain) bread, including kamut, rye, or einkorn with no sugar added.
Also, please bring back BlueStripes' chocolate bars made from whole cacao pods because they contain many minerals and vitamins none of your current selection offers. Blue stripes chocolate bars are also fiber-rich and contain only one teaspoon of sucrose per serving.

I was a regular customer at Bristol Farm but not anymore. Today I had a really bad experience with the manager. I was getting my stuff I was putting the in my shopping 🛍 bags. He run to where I was, he opened the back door to see if someone was waiting for me. He told me to use shopping cart with adittu. I didn't steal anything. I told him I WON'T GO BACK TO THE STORE ANYMORE. there are other better store at Pasadena. I can afford to buy at any food store. I will start going to Erewhon on Lake, Pasadena.
