Great local coffee. If you’ve never been here, then you’ve got to try!
They have fun seasonal flavors too.
To order, you look at the menu when you first walk up to the counter, then you wait for the person behind the counter to take your order. Unlike other coffee places, you order before you head to the register.
Only downside is seating. It can get really full so you might not get a seat. There is outside seating, however the patio tables in the sun gets really hot.

This mall has just about everything you might need. Some really great restaurants here including my favorite Thai place (Thai Paradise), fish tacos (Rubio's) and salads, etc. (Jack's). Many others there also.

Grab a meal at Jack's Urban Eats, or a delicious coffee at Temple. Finish with grocery shopping at BelAir. There's lots to enjoy in this business center.

Went to get a bite to eat at Jack's Urban eats. Good tri-tip sandwich plus an 805 beer. All good. The staff were kind and courteous.

Mainly, unless I'm forgetting, so far I have occasionally only been to Part City sometimes whenever Halloween costumes & other Halloween related content are in store. Hopefully I can find other occasions to actually walk around & see what other stores are in this Marketplace, but from what I can tell, the Marketplace is in a nice looking location.

I got two dozen donuts for $16 which was better than the cake that they had for $25 and the donuts are great and they also had what I needed for aspirins Beyer. prior to going there I went to four different stores looking for Beyer aspirins none of them sold them but Bel Air and that's where I purchased the donuts which I thought was a great deal and they are all chocolate bar and cream filling and custard filling great Donuts

Love this little area. Between the food, the coffee, the grocery, it’s easy to spend awhile here. Took a star off because there are plenty of storefront signs which state a mask is required, yet do not enforce it. Personally, I am over it, but wear one of the store owners require one. Why aren’t the others called on?
