I had done quite a bit of research on buying a quality mattress at a reasonable price and several leads pointed to Brooklyn Bedding including a US News and World Report article review.

I went into our local store and had a good experience with ‘Martin’ and ended up buying a king for myself and a queen for the guest bedroom. This all came at my budget I had determined.

I just bought a home in Maricopa Arizona. I decided to get a new bed and splurged on an adjustable bed. I no longer have to prop up several pillows to read. Joanna was very patient. Listened to our needs. Guided us gently. Explained the warranty addressed our questions and concerns. Came back a week later and Martin finished up on the logistics end.
Delivery will take place in a few weeks, which is fine with us.
We could not ask for a nicer couple to work with! May go back and buy a couple of pillows from them!
I give them a 4.5 for now.

Martin and his wife are very knowledgeable, thoughtful and generous with their time. They took time to listen to our unique needs and show us mattresses that would meet or exceed our goals. This is our second purchase and we will be back for any of our future needs as well.

We have ordered a specially sized RV mattress for our motorhome. It should arrive in a few days. Stay tuned for the results.
Note: we have since received our new mattress and it is essentially as good as our old mattress, if not better. Thanks to Martine for helping with this purchase.

We were shopping for mattresses and went to Mattress Firm first. We found one we thought we liked, but like most normal people, you don’t jump on the first thing, you shop around. We went over to Brooklyn Bedding. It was 10 minutes before closing, and the owner seemed irritated that we were there. We couldn’t see which mattresses were in our budget because none of them were priced. He directed us to the ones that were in our price range, we tried them out, and I could tell my wife didn’t like them. so we left. We ended up purchasing a mattress from Mattress Firm. We had also purchased a new bedroom set, and overlooked the fact that we needed box springs for this particular set. Fast forward two days later, the day we received our furniture and the mattress is when we realized we needed a boxspring. I was trying to find a king size boxspring that day. I called Brooklyn bedding and he said he had them in stock and could deliver for a fee. I said I’d be down to pay for it. When I walked in, the owner recognized me, and asked if I had found something, and I said yes. From that point on, he became a jerk. He was obviously salty that I didn’t purchase a mattress from him. He said the delivery fee was normally 150 but he would do it for 100. My home is a few blocks away, I thought this was high. And in my mind, I thought I would just go rent the Home Depot truck for 20 bucks and pick it up myself. I told him that I changed my mind. I would just come pick them up. He said “you’re going to have to drive to Phoenix to the warehouse to pick it up”. I said, “wait, you have the box springs here but you’re not gonna let me just come pick them up here”? He said, “I’m not going to do that”. I was becoming frustrated, but I said fine. I needed the box springs today, I’ll pay the $100. He then informed me that the transaction would need to be Cash only. I only had a credit card. The owner of this place was pissed that I didn’t buy a mattress from him, and was willing to sacrifice a sale for king size box springs out of spite. You would think he’d at least want the sale for the box springs but apparently not. I have bought mattresses from him prior to this incident, but I will never step foot in his business again. I went to Jones furniture. She had king-size box springs and the delivery fee was $35. She was a wonderful lady. I recommend Jones furniture.

We've been looking to replace the bed in our Class A rv. On a recent trip to Arizona we stopped in at your Casa Grande store. Martin was great showing us what was available. We tried several different beds, made our selection and are now waiting for it to be delivered.
