Arrived at Brook’s furniture with the intention of looking at available recliners. Talked with Cindy Cassel about what we wanted and she was extremely helpful in understanding our need. She showed us several different ones to consider until finally hitting the jackpot of 4 different ones that were exactly what we were looking for. After my husband and I decided on the one that would fit our needs best, Cindy helped us with the process of purchasing. We have shopped at Brook’s furniture in the past and actually purchased a lift chair back in 1999 that have finally seen its last days. We really like that Brook’s is a family owned business and are always happy with the customer service.

I am not very mobile as i live in a senior facility, but I went to the store to buy a wall-hugging recliner to replace the one I had which had to be removed from the wall by several inches.

After checking different models (by salesman Geoff), I finally chose a REAL wall-hugging recliner that slips out instead of leaning back. There was no power option on the floor model, so they ordered it special.

After waiting several weeks, the recliner was delivered and it was NOT the wall-hugging recliner I had chosen.

After an unnecessary argument to get my money back, I am finally close to Christmas without my recliner.

Buyer beware!!!!
This store is merchandised well with product and the sales staff was friendly when they were attempting to earn our business. However, post sale their customer service takes a nose dive. When we had issues with the high end furniture we purchased from them they were not friendly or eager to assist. We even purchased the extend warranty that they offered and still were not helpful. My mom is 76 years old and had a manufacturers defect with her $2,000 Southern Motion sofa. This was her 1st purchase from Brooks Furniture and she purchased over $4,000 in custom order furniture. When she spoke to the owner Robin Brooks and he was extremely rude to her. Reluctantly, they finally ordered a new part for the sofa and sent a 3rd party to fix. He completely the repair and pointed out another defect on the right side that also need to be fixed on the sofa that is less than a year old. He called Brooks Furniture asking to complete this repair while he was at her home by they told him no. I would not recommend doing business with this store.

This is my 3rd time purchasing from Brooks in the last 2 years. I’ve always had a great experience! I love that they are a family owned business with a large inventory, helpful staff and delivery within 3 days. Geoff was our salesman this past time and he was awesome!

I went on 12/11 with my mom to purchase a living room set, there were 3 sales people, two men were sitting down, did not even bother to look our way and the lady looked, kept playing with her phone and turn around towards where the men were sitting. So we turned around and left. Their Lost...
