Made a reservation with U-Haul to pick up here. Two days before my scheduled pickup date, I get an equipment rental receipt with all my account/contact info, but now the account was in a different name and they charged my card. Manager was completely useless and all “he could do” is call the U-Haul hotline that I already called. POS scam.

Prices changes based on who is at the register, people drink and beg for money in the back of the store, some products sold are expired and does not help the community it serves. Have a five dollar limit when purchasing and store has an odor that comes and goes.

The phone number listed is not correct! They charged my card $51.10 for a Reese’s and a bottle of water! Now I can’t get ahold of them to dispute the charge! Also they run Uhaul there and it was a nightmare to pick up my truck and trailer, no one spoke English, I had to call uhaul and have her do everything over the phone with me as I checked everything out myself. It took an 1.5 hrs to pick up the truck because the woman behind the counter had to call the boss who was going down the road who ended up having to do a 3 way call. It’s was insane!! shame on U haul for not vetting these places before they allow their truck to be rented from there. Avoid this place!!! Woman walked in barefoot wearing nothing but a dirty bra and some cut off sweatpants. You could see the injection sites n her legs and she was scratching like flea bitten dog. Not a place you want to be hanging out for any period of time. Stay safe if you go here.

It's convenient. Friendly staff and not all talkative with pressure. Always a quick in and out. Would Rate 5 stars but I wish they would create a bigger variety on coffee cup sizes.
