I love the employees at this location. Went to the one in Keystone for plants i could not find anywhere. Jalapeño pepper and lemon thyme. But found awesome selection and a great variety of plants. Found lambs ear that i haven't seen anywhere sjnce moving to Florida The lady helping in plants was great.

Love Bryan's ACE. The Keystone store has the nicest people in it. Seth (I think) helped my 6 year old pick out her new Beta. Because of the recent storms, their supplier was hit, so there weren't many to choose from. I think there were 4. He was so sweet and got her to pick the one we were able to buy, after she had said no to me. He was such a great guy! So kind and funny.

Me and my wife went to Ace and we wind up talking to an employee named Jonathan. He was such a great employee we talked for about 30 minutes about everything y'all should give that man a raise. Plus he's a United States Marine.

I went back to ace un Melrose where I had purchased a hose for my rv propane 3 weeks prior. The man insisted I did not buy it there, but due to extremely limited options, I know I did. He was very condescending. So i came into keystone to purchase it. They had it and were very helpful, and then I came up front to pay, where I see they have changed the front end to where, like so many other stores, instead of the friendly checkouts they used to have, they are now having their customers walk through a maze of point of purchase crap, corralling customers like cattle to a register. The bank card readers are above eye level for an average person, (I'm 5'7" and I have to look up to use it) so I don't know what shorter people are supposed to do, and if I were to put my pin number in, there is no way to hide it from the customer behind me. After 25 years of shopping at Ace, I will no longer do do. Their prices are high, and their rewards are minimal anyway.

As soon as I walked in a gentleman greeted me, asked what it was I was looking for and didn't just tell me which row to go down to find it, but in fact escorted me to the area where the items were and found it for me, unfortunately they were out of stock. I thought he went above and beyond to assist me. Very grateful.
