What a sweet experience! They made it incredibly special for my daughter’s birthday. They were informative and kind. I was pleased to see that they were very well priced! We’ll certainly be back again for another birthday!

We came in for a birthday bear. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive to our child. The whole process is so fun and special. My daughter was very happy with her bear and outfit.

You pay your child’s age for a birthday bear.
They let the kids help stuff it, and “wash it” , and brush the bear.
It’s a great experience for everyone .
I wish they had the month on the bears foot with the “happy birthday” but it’s still great for the price. Definitely will be coming back.
The staff was so nice and friendly , and the store was basically empty for the time of day I went .

It’s a pretty cool place for children and even sometimes adults. There is a wide variety of clothes and bear skins. I wish that the store focused more on the bear skins and but more variety’s of them, instead of focusing on small things like stuffed animals for the stuffed animals. Also it is VERY expensive. A bear, a set of clothing,shoes, and an accessory will cost you 40$-100$ depending if you want your bear basic or not.

I had to buy my turtle on line and have it stuffed in the store. It was on a Sunday. It wasn't crowded at all. Was in and out quickly. The longest part was me deciding what outfit. I do hope the next turtle they get looks more like a turtle than a bear with a shell. One of their other ones was way cuter. Actually looked like a turtle. Stick with the shells having hidden zippers. Do better on the next turtle one you come out with. I do love the store though.

I don’t remember his name but a really awesome and energetic guy helped me, my daughter and my mom, it’s my daughter willow’s birthday and he was a big help and so fun. Everyone who was working that day were so kind and helpful 🫶🏻 my daughter loves her birthday bear! Thank you!
