I will tell you that I am grateful for Byer’s store out here in Valle Vista. There are a lot of comments bitchin about water, wait times, and gas availability.

I have an idea… be patient, be grateful, and if it doesn’t work for you, drive to Kingman. I for one am happy they’re here.

If you have a legitimate complaint to make, instead of blowing it out on Facebook, why not just contact the owner at the Kingman store?

There can be a line of customers clear out the door and if the attendant is making pizza in the back it'll still be a 5 minute+ wait.
Now they want to play games and only sell bulk water on certain days. Convenience was the only thing they had going. I'll drive to kingman from now on.
Most of the people they've had working there are pretty rude as well.

Gee, you think the Owner of this Store, dave? Can re open the access to water, where residents who haul their water come to fill water tanks? The next closes is 30 min.away. All we do is spend money at his store and this is how he treats his customers? Come on. A penny a gal is little profit from free water.

We have been cut off from purchasing bulk water, only time's to get water now is Saturday 8-9 and Sunday 9-noon. And they've upped the price. GAS AND GRUB ON RTE 66 AND DIAGONAL SELLS BULK WATER. ABOUT A PENNY A GALLON, QUARTER MACHINE BACK BY THE BARN.

I can’t understand what part of convincing that this means Went to get propane two days in tow am no propane!! You must wait until afternoon 12.00 well that is not a conscience! Lock t try he front doors for a moment and fill the tank!!!

Just moved into the area. Come down out of the mountains and needed gas. Regular pumps don’t work! But the premium pumps worked just fine. Several customers and I were told sorry nothing we can do ☹️. I have also called the store and the employee answering the phone had to finish the conversation with someone else while on the phone with me and he hadn’t even responded to me yet no hello or anything just yakking it up. Owner might want to consider a little closer supervision. Update 12/13/23- stopped by here several times recently and have had no issues.
