The CUTEST store!!! Definitely a favorite spot of mine to visit while in 30A. The stock is to die for & very trendy. I had the best experience with an associate named Grace! She pulled a bunch of outfits for me that I fell in love with & helped me pick out accessories to match as well. She was super helpful & made the experience AMAZING! Definitely coming again!

The employees at the store are VERY rude. They never greeted us, just dismissive and watched us with very judgmental looks & faces. The staff were only having personal conversations and ignoring all guests. Especially the older blonde woman. They will look you up & down and make you feel like you're not even wanted in the store. The staff was so rude there were a few items we wanted to purchase but chose not to support this business for this reason. The staff's noses were too high in the air to even say hello, the woman working check out looked like it was painful for her to be there. I'm on vacation I want to shop, explore, eat and spend money! Unfortunately it appears from other reviews this place is not interested in being the place they want vacationers or anybody to shop in. Save your time & money and shop at the mercantile in the plaza instead, they have great customer service and are so friendly!

Unfortunately looking at other reviews this is a common thing. My wife and I had a personal shopper. Unlike the designer stores this person did not talk to us just obviously followed and watched us. This was the one store in seaside that we left without purchasing anything. Perhaps if our personal shopper had introduced herself and helped we would have. If you have a theft issue don't punish your honest customers get cameras and better loss prevention. Or train your staff on how to be real personal shoppers we have had great experiences with those.

This store is gorgeous with a unique selection. When it first opened they had more clothing that fit a better range of prices, now it’s almost all very high end -but definitely beautiful! For the comments about being treated suspiciously, i believe it’s an unfortunate reality that there are lots of shoplifters and they have to be extremely vigilant. I love visiting Cabana every time I’m in Seaside, I hope they continue to offer a wide selection of lovely things!

The employees here are extremely rude. Instead of being any sort of asset to the business, they actually opt to condescendingly stare at customers as if not working in customer service. Lots of cute items, but I felt far more like an intruder than a guest.

I loved this store, very clean and organized. The clothing was so beautiful with great brands. However I did not have the greatest experience with the employees. Each one I came across was very short or rude. Maybe it was just an off day

I liked this store at first glance, but as I continued to browse I was followed the entire time as if they thought I would steal something. This store employs multiple people who are clearly tasked with following customers (or just to stand around doing nothing). As soon as I realized the girl trailing me to the dressing room was indeed not trying to assist in a purchase, but rather following me and my family, I wanted no part in supporting this business. Makes sense that almost all these reviews echo the same sentiment.
