Honestly super disappointed with this store. I have been coming here for years and today I went in with my family. (We just came from the lake so we are still in our water clothes). And a girl with red hair is following me and my family around the store checking to see if we are stealing. I called her out on it in the end. Everyone else is super nice.

While I appreciate their response it is still wrong. I am latino and so is my family and not a single employee followed the white family that was in the store at the same time as us. I understand from a business standpoint that they need to keep an eye out for stealing but this person legit followed me and my family from the front to the back. I even mentioned to them I would go check the keychain again and candies to confirm my speculation and it was correct. That is when I called her out on it. If you arent white prepare to be looked at until you leave.

Great prices and great souvenirs of our trip to Sedona! One thing…this is run by young people and they were awesome! They had great manners, wrapped things up for us beautifully, and were very kind. This is great customer service. We spent a lot in this store because we came back because we appreciated their kindness.

Be careful, some of the mugs have ink that bleeds when wet. We’re going to have to turn it into a decoration, but had been specifically looking for a mug and we were excited to add it to our collection. I wouldn’t purchase from here again because of the poor quality.

Such a nice little shop! All sorts of cool gifts and accessories. I love to collect patches, and these were the ones I scored here, love them!

Whom I can only presume to the owner asked our children to stop looking at the toys.. then proceeded to stare us down.. we were planning on buying more than we already had. Took our business and money else where ✌️don’t open a store in a tourist trap and carry toys if you don’t like children admiring what you sell..

Not a fan of the extremely vulgar accessories. Extremely inappropriate.
This store does have decent pricing compared to other stores in the Sedona area. A worker was helpful, he helped me choose the right pair of socks for my hiking boots.
Not a bad store, just not a huge fan of the vulgar accessories.
