Multiple horrible experiences here. Manager Susie won’t fix their store’s mistakes and is giving us the run around. This is day 5 of them stealing our money. Both my partner and I were charged multiple times for items that were intended to be refunded. They processed the refund and then reversed them illegally without us being present. Leaving us without our money or our merchandise. They are crooks. We will never shop here again!
