I travel over 2,000 miles to see Dr. Jibben (she is one of the reasons). In all seriousness, I schedule an examination with Dr. Jibben during my vacations to AZ.

I walked into Capella Eyecare five years ago. I continue to find my way back for check-ups. Here’s why:

This is a special place. It’s an experience. I am more informed and empowered after each examination.

Dr. Jibben has a vision (pun intended). She gives it to you straight. She is an eyecare enthusiast. No sugarcoating on eye health. Why would anyone want that anyway right? I have never received a comprehensive exam like she offers. I’ve learned a lot about daily eyecare and how to properly protect my vision. That’s why I keep coming back to Capella Eyecare in Fountain Hills, Arizona.

The staff is equally impressive with great assistance and wonderful communication.

Speaking of communication, I must say, I read some of the unfavorable reviews on other forums and was disappointed in how some people are adulting.

It is, in my opinion, poor taste and a lack of sound judgment to harm a business due to insurance issues. Why give a doctor’s office a poor rating because it doesn’t accept your insurance? Who chose the carrier… the doctor? Certainly not. That’s a personal choice.

Why smear a small business on a public forum because of this?

This ophthalmologist employees people and together, they offer a tremendous service. Insurance policies should be taken up with your employer, not Google or YELP. Perhaps?

Finally, the frame selections for both glasses and sunglasses are top notch. You might have a difficult time making a selection. 😉

I came up from Tucson to see Dr Jibben for an eye exam. I don’t get eye exams done regularly and had based my decision to come to Capella eye care after reading such positive reviews. I’m happy I chose Dr. Jibben because my experience was great. Dr. Jibben was extremely kind, patient, and thorough in explaining my needs. I had never had a prescription before and had a lot of questions about what’s next. Dr. Jibben is a true expert in her field and I left feeling confident that I could work with this new change in my life. I ordered my lens and frames while there and they arrived at my home in Tucson within a week. So far my experience using the glasses has been great and I can feel the difference having glasses has made on the strain of my eyes. I highly recommend Dr. Jibben and her team.

Dr Jibben was very knowledgeable, thorough, explained everything to me, and was a pleasure to talk to.

Capella Eyecare is by far one of the best places I've ever had my eyes checked and I've been in and out of eye doctors offices since I was born, 35 yrs. The staff is really friendly and helpful. I felt no judgements at all when I went there. I felt welcomed from the time I called to make my first apt til after my appointment. Dr. Anh Jibben, OD, MPH was the one to answer my first call for my first appointment. Dr. Anh Jibben took my information down real quick. I could tell already Dr. Anh Jibben loves her job and really cares about her patients. She is very informative from start til finish. Just her being her great at her job and wanting to help people with their eyes makes me want to go back there to her office Capella Eyecare. I hope she will be my eye doctor for years to come. All around great customer service. I highly recommend Dr. Anh Jibben, OD, MPH and Capella Eyecare staff.

Dr Jibben is amazing. Very thorough. Explains each test she is administering. Explains the dos and donut’s of eye care. Explains why things are happening as we age, how our work environment and how the technology age all contributes to taking care of our eyes. Helped me picked out the perfect frames. Capella is the place to go ! Dr Jibben and her staff are amazing. I was visiting Arizona and I needed to get glasses, Dr Jibben and her staff made sure that I had not only one pair but two pair of glasses before my departure to return home. After returning home I had a mishap with a pair of one of my glasses. I sent them back to Capella's and they not only fixed them they rushed them back to me due to me needing them right away. Dr Jibben is diligent and works with integrity ! Absolutely love her and her staff ! Would defiantly recommend Capella's !
