Micaiah and Eric did an amazing job installing our new Bosch dishwasher. They were very careful not to scratch up our cherry wood floor in our kitchen and installed the dishwasher with care. Excellent service! Very polite and respectful!

I recently had an issue with my Samsung refrigerators ice maker. I was told to call Capritta Appliance. I called and was greeted so pleasantly. I told the woman about my issue. She has a tech sent to my house in a couple days. The tech Michael (Mike) came out and determined thst my ice maker was about ready to completely die. It was a 12year old one so that was pretty good. He ordered the part. Today March 21st he came back and installed the new ice maker and sealed all around to insure no air was going to get in. I can not say enough about Mike. He was very knowledgeable and informative. I learned a lot about the process. I highly recommend this company. When I need new appliances I certainly will be calling them for sure. Great staff and service.

Amazing experience working with all different facets of the Capritta team. Bill in Sales spent a ton of time with us showing us all the various features so we could select the exact appliances for our needs. I also could not be more happy with the install team. AJ, Jon, and Justin came out early, worked super efficiently, and were very conscious in their care of their install space and our home. They were super friendly and made sure everything was installed Rock Solid and spent time to give us guidance on first time use and maintenance of our items. I have some friends who used some competitors and from what I've gathered from them they did not receive the type of amazing support that we did. I highly recommend using Capritta!
