Car City has been very helpful to me. My only concern is that my car is having trouble with both of the rear tires leaking air. I would suggest that you check the tires on a car before you sell it. I don't appreciate the service manager telling me to be there at a certain time and she can't be bothered to make sure she's there, she didn't even put any notes on my account that I was coming in for service so that her assistant would know what to do with my car. If you can avoid dealing with her I would as she isn't very nice to you. I feel I've been very patient with all of the things that's been going on with my recent purchases but she felt it appropriate to call me a Karen to my face because I was really upset. But with all that said I would still recommend Car City and I am over all satisfied with my purchase.

I spoke to Holly in the financing dept today and she was really pleasant to speak with an I believe she will try to assist with helping a current customer with Car City - Search.
I will leave another review within a week ...
I have a family member that has been thru what I call a hell on earth situation with his wife health problems. After a couple strokes ,several hospital stays for extensive periods of time he is so grateful for his employer that he has a year til he can early retire. He is a full time employee and a full time care giver now to a spouse that has been left partially paralyzed in a wheel chair. This guy deserves some help just so he can be legal with the sales tax . I reached out and ask if the business to consider adding the taxes to the end of his note because giving the situation and the help he is having to pay for so he can work please pray for the cord

They use shade tree mechanics tried sending my vehicle to southern tire mart for electrical problems and penny in the service dept is a compulsive lier. She will tell you something and then say I didn't say that John guess has been on vacation everytime I call and never responds. They painted my vehicle and it looks like a three year old did it I still have 8000 miles on my warranty and they do not want to fix it . The next vehicle I get will be from red river dodge . I could have a brand new ride for 640 a month and I am already paying 600

The worse place to buy a vehicle from!!! We pay $600 a month and have nothing but problems since we have gotten it. It's been in the shop more than we've had it! It's got a short in the wiring and they refuse to fix it. Will never use them again and definitely wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I had a disappointing experience at Car City in Searcy, AR. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed disinterested and unhelpful. The salesperson was pushy and more focused on making a sale than actually listening to my needs. I felt rushed and pressured throughout the process.

Additionally, the cars on the lot were not in great condition. Many of them seemed overpriced given their age and mileage. When I asked about the vehicle history, I was given vague answers and felt like they were hiding something.

Overall, I wouldn’t recommend Car City in Searcy to anyone looking for a reliable car-buying experience. I left feeling frustrated and disappointed.
