Misrepresented the car from photos, hid flaws that were apparent in person. Months later, I found out the car had major engine trouble which was not disclosed to me. I lost a lot of money due to shady practices and lack of disclosure of issues with the car. Lesson learned, get your own PPI and don't trust.

This review is about the mentality behind how this dealership operates and the extremely poor customer service, but more importantly, the significant dishonesty used to sell a subpar boat. Although I did not make a purchase, I spent $1,000 on hotels and gas to travel, along with $400 in mechanic fees, only to experience a consistent lack of transparency.

I called and traveled across states to view and potentially purchase a boat from this dealership. Before making the trip, I was assured that everything was in good condition. However, upon arrival, I found the boat in much worse condition than depicted in the photos, and the engine was non-functional.

I was then informed that the boat was supposedly being sold by an unknown individual who was described as the owner—not the dealership. This situation was already confusing, but I was further presented with a claim that this individual had spent $15,000 on repairs, yet there were no invoices or receipts for any of the parts or labor.

Additionally, I had to hire a local mechanic to attempt to fix the engine, which was unsuccessful. To my shock, it was discovered that the parts installed on the boat weren’t even marine-grade but were designed for motor vehicles. The dealership continued to provide excuses, including references to this so-called owner. Yet when a new starter was required, Alex, a representative at the dealership, immediately decided to purchase and replace the part—supposedly for a boat that wasn’t even under the dealership’s responsibility.

I strongly advise against trusting this dealership, particularly Alex, due to the deceptive practices and lack of accountability.
