Online pricing is higher & doesn’t match catalog. They will not honor catalog prices. Terrible customer service. Take your business to LLBean or Deluth Trading, companies with excellent customer service and quality products.

TERRIBLE service. They keep charging my credit card that I used to place my order and when I call to inquire they do not have English speaking reps to handle the inquiry without reading like a robot from a script. Their prices are super high and their quality is terrible. Last time I ever order any of their junk. BUYER BEWARE!

After placing a very large order with this company back in December. Everything was great except for one of the items. It has been an absolute nightmare, trying to return a defective garment that was sent. I have spent over a month sending emails with no response and now my second trip to UPS. They were not willing to do anything to make the situation right, which I find so unacceptable. I will not be buying from this company anymore because I do not know how to treat customers.

I have purchased likely 50+ items from C2C over the past several years. Clearly I'd not do that if I didn't like their products. With that said my take is that C2C is quite unique. Customer service is pretty solid, shipping yes too much, unique clothing amazing, overall fit and consistency very good and generally the product that arrives meets or exceeds my expectations.. It has not all been roses though, I purchased a shirt-jacket from them last year and the side hand pockets were so far back you had to be Hudini to get your hand in them...egregious design flaw for sure. I had a shirt that after a few washings was so faded my wife though I pulled a rag out of the rag drawer. Also their images are sparse at best...they should provide more images and angles but whatever... in the end their quality, unique look and great comfort keep me coming back.

Bought a leather jacket from them and I am thrilled with my purchase. As someone mentioned in another review, the clothes are very stylish. However, I very much disagree about the quality issues they mentioned. I shopped for a nice leather jacket for quite some time; I even bought a few on line and returned them because the fit wasn't very good. The jacket I bought looks great and fits even better. When I receive items like this, I know I got my monies worth. Will absolutely be ordering from them again.

The clothing quality is superb. The materials used are high end and the feel is great. However, I ordered 25 shirts/sweaters (all size large), and nearly every one fit differently. Some larges fit like a 2X and others fit like a medium.

I also ordered 6 pairs of shoes and had to return all 6. I wear a 10.5 and each pair was very tight. Considered ordering a size up, but with all the trouble I thought it may not be worth the hassle.

Lastly, they lost one of the two boxes of returned items (FedEx confirmed the box was delivered) and I had to fight to get my money back. I will probably order from them again, but never a large order and with much lower expectations of the item actually fitting.
