Came here to assist a family member. The front desk person has been very pleasant thus far. Lots of helpful people and resources for everyone including job postings, free training for in demand careers, information on childcare, unemployment assistance etc. If you are in need of guidance, training or resources, I recommend coming here first. The office is on the second floor near elevator. Walk-ins welcome.

Office is very clean and organized. All employees are friendly and assist everyone as they arrive. On your first day, make sure you have a few hours, takes a while to get everything figured out. Be patient and allow them to assist to find your new job, or career.

Hours online are incorrectly listed.

8am-5pm are normal hours.

Also, the water fountains outside are inoperable, but at least the elevator is close.

Now, with that said, I couldn't be happier with this crew. Within 30 days, I've gone from having no prospects and incredibly worried about my financial situation to full-time vocational training. If you're serious about improving your life, these guys will point you in the right direction. The rest is up to you.

I’ve been here twice a delt with the rudest most unhelpful people. They all look like they hate their lives and just watching the clock to get out of there. These peoples jobs is to help you but that’s the least thing they want to do. Other than a nice older Colombian lady and the security guard no one there is willing to help you or explain anything

Worst custumer service I even seen. Front desk staff is rude and mistreat people. No education, no emphatic they just want to close the door and go home. They don’t show any interested in listening or helping no one. Very sad.

This place is unprofessional. The counselors are lazy. Case Mangers uncaring. And do not understand their own Programs. And if u have a issue. Like: seeing or hearing. They label u: able body with no programs to help CERTAIN individuals. Like computers with bigger fonts dimmer lights. Its a waste of LIFE
