My boyfriend purchased a guitar on a payment plan. The experience of dealing with different personnel was rewarding for both of us. He purchased a guitar case to place his guitar in and Alden wasn’t pleased with the light going off and on. Needless to say, he didn't stop until it worked correctly. He also spent time tutoring him on the light and case. We returned later and purchased a keyboard with a stand. All of the personnel that served us were just as attentive and professional. This definitely is our music store!!✨

I drove 1:45 minutes to Carlton Music in Winter Haven FL. to shop for a new acoustic guitar. They had a good selection in all price ranges.and I found one I liked in short order. Mikohl was my salesman and was knowledgeable and great to deal with. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that everything was correct on this guitar before it left the store. I would recommend this store to anyone shopping for any musical gear.

What a great little find this music store is! I mostly go for the guitar accessories, and they have a better selection of pedals and such than Guitar Center which I really appreciate.

The instruments were varied and nice, plenty of selection. The staff was super helpful and chill. I look forward to shopping here again.

My name is Karen, I am from New Zealand. Singing and playing guitar, are my passion. During my 3 month stay in Winter Haven Sept - Dec 2024, my partner Barry, took me to the Carlton Music Store to purchase some equipment. I also needed a new set of strings for an electric guitar I had just purchased from a local pawn shop.
Alden was wonderful, so approachable,
and happy to help. Alden was so knowledgeable about guitars, in a humble way.
He proceeded to fit the new strings without me asking him to, a lovely surprise for me.
He used a tiny piece of steel wool to clean spots of rust off the keys and metal fret separators. He repaired one of the keys, tested the neck tension on an amplifier. That was fun, for a couple of minutes he played and I sang along a little.
Lastly he cleaned the whole guitar. He wiped it all with a tiny cloth saturated with his special lemon oil. 🍋
We talked about music and guitars, it was a memorable experience for me. Aldan is a real asset to The Carlton Music Store.
