This place sold me not one, not two, but three bundles of bad hair all claiming to be 💯 human hair with a price range of $300 - $500.
I was refunded for 2 purchases but not before the owner gave me a hard time stating and I quote "My expectations of the hair were too high" keep in mind the hair was not worn more than 3 days in the pictures.
Also they referred me to a gal for a weave that was a disaster on top of the bad hair.

Cashier, certainly won't call her a consultant. She was so busy eating something very smelly out of a tube that she was irritated to have to help me. I wanted the wax you microwave and pull off without using gauze. Not only did she hand me the wrong one she continued eating. No wonder they have a no return policy. PS. You charge $3more than other suppliers also.

I found the staff here pretty knowledgeable. I was visiting this area and this beauty supply store was recommended to me. It had just as many products as the big city 2 hours away. Based on a recommendation from the Manager I bought 12 packs of hair which turned out to be the perfect amount for the 2 heads I needed to style.

They have everything you could possibly need, for hair. The store is very neat and tidy. The employees are friendly and ready to assist. Great store.

Customer service was unfriendly and rude. I would have purchased more but preferred to shop elsewhere. You don't get snappy with your clients like that unless you intend on losing them. Never again will I spend a dollar there. We came in happy left not so much.
