Great experience as always. Mary did the flooring when we originally purchased our house. When we decided to update the flooring she helped us coordinate tile, carpet and paint. Tom was extremely helpful getting everything set up for installation. Would highly recommend them

Recently contracted with Carpets Unlimited to install hardwood floors throughout my home. Working first with Nick and Rich who were a great help answering questions and attended to every detail. I was very specific about how the hickory floor should look once installation began. Rich and his crew Daniel, Austin, and Akin took extra time to go through the product layout with me to be sure we were on the same page. The crew was professional, respectful, prompt and worked so hard. Extra effort and creativity was put into the design to insure the floor turned out beautiful. They also did all they could to make us comfortable during the process and finished ahead of schedule. I highly recommend Carpets Unlimited for your flooring needs.

Great experience with Carpets Unlimited getting Luxury Vinyl installed. Initially choose them because Mary was so helpful when I was looking for tile for a different project. Everyone at Carpets Unlimited was very friendly and helpful from the get-go. Mary and Christy even helped pick out the flooring we choose - I dropped a sample of tile off with them that I needed the LVF to match and they found a few that I chose from. I didn't get any other quotes so I can't compare the overall cost, but the flooring itself was competitively priced and I feel that the rest of the costs were very reasonable. Tom was very easy to get ahold of and communicate with throughout the process, and Nick and Rich were equally helpful on the occasions I randomly stopped by the store and Tom was out. Flooring went in without a hitch and Austin and Daniel were very friendly. Looks great!! I'm so happy with the flooring and the experience.

The staff and installation team were amazing. They all went out of their way to help. The office staff we friendly but not in your face to make a choice right there. My husband and myself were looking for flooring for a long time. We told them what we were looking for and they pulled up lots of amazing samples for us to look at. Not only the samples are not tiny they are nice size to really get to see how it would look in the space. I am so thankful we found you to have amazing service and when we need to carpet our stairs we know we’re to go. No more shopping around one stop shop at your store. Thank you for caring about us to give us a great service.
