I took my chainsaw here to get a new chain. They were able to sharpen the old chain and save me thirty bucks. They sell all the yard equipment you'll ever need for personal or professional use. It seemed that STIHL is their main brand.

The customer service, product, and usage knowledge of the young gentleman Chase who helped me was excellent. Chase knows the Stihl products very well and has very excellent customer service skills. This is the most unprofessional business I've ever had the misfortune of dealing with. We bought a $12,000 grasshopper here 2 years ago. We have to take it here for warranty work. We live an hour away. We brought our lawn mower up and was told it would be done in 2 days if not the next day. They told me the part needed was already ordered and was to be delivered the next day. I hadn't heard from them in 3 days so I called and they hadn't touched it. I eventually went up there to find out what was going on. One of the young employees told me I was mistaken and was never told a part was ordered. He was rude and sarcastic to me in front of several other customers. Eventually another customer got in the middle of it and had to correct him because he kept saying different things and couldn't remember what he told me the previous 5 minutes. He rolled his eyes at me and continued to be of no help. They then told me the part was Ordered but had not come in. Fast forward the next week. It was finally done after 2.5 week, this was a Saturday. I asked if they could Deliver it since I was out of town. He said yes but not til Monday as they were short handed. I said okay sounds good. Come Monday I call them and they tell me they will not deliver it because it's too far. I told them they said they would, especially after all the issues and taking 2 weeks instead of the 1-2 days I was told. So I had to get someone to go pick it up for me. I said I was not happy and would have to take future business else where. He very rudely said "oh well I don't care."
I will not be back, even for warranty work. I will take it to the fort smith, Arkansas grasshopper location. I couldn't talk to one employee that was respectful and told the truth. On top of all this, I was charged for new blades and the blades were never changed. Apparently you're only important when they're trying to make a sale and it ends there. 0/10.

I bought my Stihl chainsaw here 24 years ago and I finally ran it to death.OR SO I THOUGHT! The EXCELLENT Stihl mechanic in January 2024 fixed it as good as new! Stihl runs like new!

Nice shop with plenty of selection and friendly informative staff, but I brought my rim in to have a spoke replaced two weeks ago. I was told that it would cost $15-20 and would be done in 3 to 4 days. I've called the shop and stopped in 3 times over the course of the last two weeks, and every time I've been told that it should be done by the end of the day and that they would give me a call when it is ready. I am not satisfied with how long a simple job has taken. If I need something done quick, I won't come here again.

Update: Finally got my wheel back. Good work. Just took much longer than I would have liked.
