Poor customer service, they don't know how to respect, I don't recommend coming with children, there is no safety for them with the service they give us, also, they are racist, they were angry with some people that didn't speak english.

This is the best brand to shop for kids. The store always have the clothes and shoes I'm looking for. You can shop from newborn to about 8 or 9 years old. The prices are perfect and there's always a variety of looks.

I went to pick up my online order and I had to wait a long time even without a line. The cashier took a while to acknowledge my presence and I was standing next to her. She failed to assist me and I had to ask her to get someone to find my order. The security kept following me and I wonder if it had to so with my skin color or maybe because I was not dressed fancy.

Love the store. Usually go there for children's clothing for my son and for gifts. They usually have a wide selection of high children's clothing on sale at very reasonable prices. The security guard who was once an associate is the most friendly person and is always willing to assist. Last week I went to the store and Leanne( not sure if that is her name) helped me get a nice selection of gift items. She also greeted me today with a smile. I just wished the cashiers also have the same enthusiasm. I will nevertheless return to the store because of the quality of children's clothes that are sold there.

Love carter's clothing, but horrible experience at this particular location, had an item ordered and sent to the store, gave a phone call to the store 3days prior to 14days that item can be held and one day after 14days my item wasn't in the system, I was told that the person was suppose to make a note on the packaging stating not to put item on the floor, that I called saying I was
coming in to pick up item, I never received an email stating I was receiving my money back, had to pay again and put in a dispute for me to receive my money back, definitely convinced something underhanded is going on at this particular location...

This store is always a pleasure to visit. It is clean, well-organized, and customer service is amazing. I have been there to do in-store shopping or to pick up items I have purchased online. I would definitely recommend this location to shop Carter's products.

Prices are reasonable, very nice kids clothes, and they are following the Dept of Heath guidelines, one thing I like about this store is that before you enter the store they pour hand sanitizer in your hands ( since we will be touching the garments looking for sizes), will continue shopping there.

Once again I love this store! I'm a first time mom and they make shopping so easy for me and my baby girl. Oh of course the employees there are super helpful and honest. Keep it up
