Sales agent really should improve. We had three visits there.

First of all, they all have heavy accents. It's okay, but please show your warm altitude. We bought a pair of wedding bands, but the SA didn't even bother to talk to us. (She didn't tell us her name) She was basically silent except when we asked her questions. No drinks offered. We were standing all the time except during final purchase.

We also booked appointment with another SA (Vanessa). She just left the store without letting us know. This SA also showed a wierd look when I told her I have a larger ring size than my boyfriend. Would you please be professional? I do rock climbing and that's why my fingers are strong. We were also standing all the time during this appointment.

I also had visit there by myself looking for wedding bands, with Irina. I told her my boyfriend was busy at that time and we were not sure about his ring size. She urged me to buy the rings on THAT day, saying it's exchangable within 30 days. It's just unpleasant.

The whole experience is quite disappointing. We wouldn't be there if it was not for the trinity bands.

I purchased a watch a few weeks ago at the Valley Fair location (a very pleasant experience), but read online I should have received a cleaning kit. The online customer service said I could call in and ask then to ship me one, but since I was going to be at the mall, I figured I would stop in and ask. I was very rudely informed that I don’t need a cleaning kit for the watch and questioned why I thought I would. I also asked for a travel pouch and had one rudely thrust into my hand while telling me to go through my sales associate next time. Considering these were fairly straightforward requests, I’m not sure why I was met with so much hostility.

I came here with my father to get him a Father’s Day present. I walked in without an appointment and was helped by the wonderful Iryna. She’s very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. We weren’t sure on sizing and she did great measuring his size. I would definitely come back and look for her. I normally dress very down/lowkey (Birkenstock sandals, plain shirt) and did not feel judged while browsing around. I’ve been to other locations and have not received the warm welcome that I have here.

Brought a watch here, it starts running behind after 1 week. Sent it back for services for 3 times already, not able to diagnose the problem. Now it's running behind again, talked to the manager, all they can do is sending back for services, now the 4th time!

They are not really trying to resolve the problem! Super frustrating!

I've been at this location in November. It was a pleasure to get help from Adriana. She helped a lot to choose the right pair of earrings for me. Showed many different styles. My husband and I got offered drinks as well. Beautiful packing

Had the most horrible experience at this location. Was told to wait for 30 minutes in order to get in. We asked if we should wait longer and were told they don’t know how long it will take and they were nearing closing time. The minute we left, they took 2 people in. We went back to ask why they let those people in while we were ahead of them, and the response was,”it didn’t occur to me to say you guys could go in, you can come in tomorrow”.

We waited for 30 minutes only to be not let in because it did not OCCUR to him to let us in and let 2 people in behind us. Such poor experience that we wouldn’t be returning to this location EVER. They don’t just sell stuff, they are emotions for people buying jewellery for their events and they feel so entitled that they own us.

Should learn to be more respectful and learn to do their jobs better.

Cartier experience 0/10. We were planning to buy all our wedding jewels from here but will never go or recommend anyone
